By far the best electronics company to buy from in the used and refurbished market.
I have bought several refurbished items from them and as far as I can tell they were same as new. Plus they have awesome customer service and warranties.
I signed up on Trustpilot to post a bad experience I had with a different company and it reminded me of the other end of the customer service spectrum.
Expect Amazon Prime style service with any order. Minus the 2 day shipping, but it's still free standard shipping!
Excellent company.
