you send them a message and they wait for ebay's guarantee to expire

I bought from these guys a
"Parrot MiniDrone Rolling Spider Mini Air/Land Drone + Camera + 2 FREE Batts" on ebay.
I discovered that the 2 free batteries don't work.

I sent the seller a message to send replacement batteries or I will return the item.

techrabbit never replied and waited for ebay's return warranty to expire.

Now I cannot return the item or leave feedback on ebay.

I feel like a sucker.

DON'T BUY....DON'T BUY

I bought a supposedly brand new PLT Edge from Tech Rabbit. They say one year warranty right? Well about 10 months in my unit quit working. The sound in the ear piece went to a really low volume no matter what I did I could not hear the people on the other end. Well I tried to get in touch with them via telephone but that doesn't work so after countless emails finally somebody answered me and said that that product was no longer under warranty. Brand new the rant and Rave about their one-year warranty but it does not have a warranty. How could that be you say. Well that's the way it is. They have managed to wait till after the year then I finally got a reply from them saying do you want your product switched out. I said that would really make me happy so they sent me on RMA number. I sent the product back they received it because I checked on the shipping and they got it. Well this is now about three months later and I'm still waiting to receive my product. After countless emails again I have no response from these people at all. Like I said they do not buy from these people who customer service is lousy the worst I've seen on any website. Try n - 1 Wireless their customer service is awesome. I have sent a product back that did not work with my phone refund no problem bought other stuff refurbished that works well and is much cheaper then Tech rabbit. Good luck with these people I had none!!

Not satisfied whatsoever with their…

Not satisfied whatsoever with their products. Purchased a refurbished laptop from them and within a year, its underlying issues magically reappeared. When asked for support, they offered a 15% discount on future purchases. Why would I purchase from them again knowing they sell faulty / low grade products? PASS!

I purchased a "manufacturer certified refurbished" product that turns out was not an authorized refurb of the manufacturer. After trying to use the product I discovered it was defective. The 1-year warranty that TechRabbit offers on this product on their website I was told does not apply to the same product I purchased from them via eBay. They replied promptly, only to inform me that their eBay products have no warranty and only a 30-day return window - despite the website claim that they handle any warranty claims with this "certified refurbished" product. If you are making a purchase and expect any type of warranty service, stay clear of TechRabbit.

TAKING CARE OF THAT COMPANY

That was the worse customer experience I ever had! TECH-RABBIT is selling „CERTIFIED REFURBISHED“ articles on different ways. One of those is eBay! They are advertising with a one year warranty and fast replacement and a good customer experience!

The truth looks different!

I paid different articles on eBay for my Smart Home system. All articles were certified refurbished and I expected a good and working condition... Due to my busy life with a lot of business trips it wasn’t possible to test each article after it arrived.

The first worse thing was that the batteries on the Philips HUE Motion Sensor was empty. So I need to go and buy new batteries. After one week the sensor doesn’t react anymore. No LED light, undetectable through the app. I can’t reset it, changing the battery again doesn’t solved anything. So I started contacting the seller! Within 14 days I copied and pasted my message every day! No reaction! I sent a request over the www.tech-rabbit homepage... Nothing! No answer! No reply!

Finally I made my NEGATIVE FEEDBACK on eBay...
-> SURPRISE SURPRISE: TECH-RABBIT contacted eBay deleting those feedback and eBay did! I called the customer service of eBay and explained the situation but eBay can’t refade a deleted feedback. I should open a return request on eBay. I DID and it was denied by the seller and closes.

At the end TECH-RABBIT is cheating the system and cheating the customers! There are many more having the same experience but it’s still the method of TECH-RABBIT.

Right now I have a defect article, no money and no regular chance to do anything! Taking care of buying articles on that store. I have copied everything and will join the US office of my German lawyer.

Hopefully I gave you a good example to you making the right decision where to buy! I attached the overview of my sent messages and date and although the automatic reply after I sent the request on TECH-RABBIT‘s Homepage.

Cancellation & shipping not as promised.

****Final update: Received the new order that the rep had shipped out today. Unfortunately opened the package to find it was AGAIN only 2 wireless keyboards with no cases. I immediately sent an email in regards. This afternoon I received a message back that they apologized but it seemed that keyboard did not come with a case. I'm not sure if they just didnt have it in stock or if the duplicate item numbers were causing confusion. However, I was told I would be issued a full refund. Checked my account later and it was already refunded back to my bank account. I was also told to keep the keyboards I had already received. So, essentially I got 4 wireless keyboards for free. Granted I wanted cases, but I feel the company did well at rectifying the situation. I will also add that the keyboards work very well. In addition, the one portfolio case and keyboard that I did receive in the first shipment works great as well. Overall, even with all the hassle that occurred I would order from them again. The prices cant be beat and the quality is good. And they do seem to do their customers right if something goes wrong so I feel it would be worth giving them another shot.

*** Update: A rep from customer service answered my email the day after Christmas. It turns out as far as receiving the 2 incorrect items that it was due to 2 products having the same item number on their website. I found this when I typed in the item number on their website to make sure I was not mistaken about what I had ordered. When I brought this to the rep's attention she immediately offered to ship replacements or issue a full refund. I chose the replacements since my kids are really wanting these and the rep placed the order immediately. I will do a final update once I receive the replacements.

***Editing to add that I did end up receiving my order today, Christmas Eve, so was super excited and intended to edit my review praising the fact that I got it in time...only I was disappointed to open the package to find that out of the 3 items I had ordered TWO were not the correct item. I have contacted customer service via email (I was unable to find a phone contact) but obviously theres no way to get them replaced with the correct item in time for Christmas. I had ordered 3 keyboards with cases, received one of those and 2 keyboards with no case. So now I'm left with the dilemma of whether I go ahead and give the keyboards only to 2 of my kids and hope Techrabbit will send the cases or just not give them to them at all and see them disappointed. I will update my review after I hear from Techrabbit.

I had the same experience as another user with our order being cancelled by techrabbit. I had ordered 4 bluetooth keyboards for my children to go with their tablets for Christmas. Ordered early on Dec 15 so I expected it would be shipped on the 17th since they say same day shipping on orders placed prior to 12 noon business days. I still had not received a shipping confirmation by late Monday the 17th and checking the website just showed the order as processing. I check my email on the 18th to find that the order was cancelled by Techrabbit due to a pricing discrepancy. I do not understand why it takes 4 days to discover a price discrepancy especially when the order should have shipped the day prior. But, I'm like okay, I'll reorder since they offered 10% off and with that fast shipping I'll still get in time for Christmas. So I place the order again on the 18th. Get an email on the 19th that it has shipped. Check the tracking today to discover that while the printed a shipping label yesterday, the order didnt actually get picked up by fedex until today....and has a delivery date of Dec 27th! So, obviously my kids wont be getting these for Christmas. The initial order cancel, taking almost 4 days to notify me, then not shipping the items in the time frame promised is just alot of bad experience in one order. I feel like the LEAST they could have done was sent my second order out on time if not offered to expedite for free as I had sent them an email on Dec 18th prior to receiving their email about cancellation and explained these were gifts.

Never buy from this company!!!

Never buy from this company!!!
We baught a computer and paid for it on line for our daughter's Christmas present.It was supposed to be delivered in a few days but instead of getting the computer we received an email saying they would refund our money because the price they had on it was wrong. Long story short no gift for our daughter and still no refund!!! The computer is still listed on there website and they told us re order and they will waive shipping!!! No way now give us back the $400 plus you took out.
