I have received a shipment BUT it is not what I ordered. I received a wireless keyboard, I ordered a wireless keyboard and mouse. NO MOUSE in shipment.

The item arrived in excellent conditions, no damage whatsoever, Thank you! you guys rock!

I got my bluant and plugged it in. It will not charge, will not turn on, will not do anything. It is as dead as a doornail. This is the third one I have gotten.

Today I received the headphones I ordered and they came very fast from the day I ordered them, I tried them on and both sides work and they came well wrapped for there protection an also the customer who brought them which happens too be me.I would like to thank you in advance for the excellent service that was provided and I will be doing more business with this company. Now the it (Macbook 13") is not receiving charge from battery.? So I plug it in, and sometimes it will charge and sometimes it won't???

A bit frustrated, hopefully I can get a refund or a replacement..

This is so bad I WISH I NEVER would have brought it. Horrible product and I need a refund it does nothing as advertised.

arrived on time,however there was no packing in the box....concerned about any damage from shipping.will inspect and test item.

i paid for 2 day shipping for a refurbished Skycontroller. when it arrived i spent hours trying to get it to work, just to slowly realize it doesnt! i've done troubleshooting for hours and the wifi antenna seems to be broken... im upset because the description for a refurbished product says it has been extensively tested, when CLEARLY it hasnt.

I hope you can help send me a new item or fix this one asap.
