Swift Resolution handled our debt claim with utmost urgency and courtesy, Chelsea our accounts manager from Swift Resolution was brilliant and kept us informed on the progress of our claim at every stage, we have enrolled for the year which is really good value for money and the support gives us greater confidence as regards experiencing any bad debt

Swift is Best thing happened in past 2 years!!!!
I have had a massive debt. All those years I have been in deep anxiety and become depressed and finally end up in hospital because of all my debts. Couldn't sort myself anymore. If not Swift, I would still be in really bad shape. All the team was very helpful and have helped me to sort everything within couple of weeks. Now I can feel, I start to see a light in the end of the scariest tunnel of my life. Will be always thankful. Will definitely send them a big thank you card. Thank you Swift.

Your comments and feeback are noted and appreciated, In the interests of clarity we feel it appropraite to respond as follows.
We have collected 3 out of 5 of your cases. One went bankrupt the other absconded and despite the best efforts of our tracing agents, we could not locate them. One paid you direct wihtin 7 days of receiving our letter, one was via a payment plan and the other is currently on a payment plan with a resolution in sight following court proceedings and plenty of 'ducking a diving' by the debtor before we finally obtained a judgment in your favour. We simply have no control over how quickly the courts move and cannot exactly call them and ask them to hurry up. Your headline being 'Slow Process' is therefore somewhat misleading as every case is different, we move as quickly as the law allows us to.
RE Payments, there is a 30 day embargo before we remit funds to clients, this is to protect us mainly from chargeback claims from debtors who have paid by credit card and also we handle that many transactions, a monthly payment run is the most viable option at the minute. We do however plan next year to employ an in house financial controller who will remit to clients weekly thus resolving your concerns.

Great service !
We have had some bad debt for a number of years and swift managed to recover this very quickly and efficiently. They also managed to recover interest and fees which we were not aware we were entitled to and this more than covered the fees they charge.
