I was struggling with debt recovery from a previous tenant and contacted Swift Resolutions who took care of the whole process. They recovered all of the outstanding sum with little or no effort from myself. Would certainly use their services again.

Chelsea at Swift Collections managed our debt recovery with the utmost of efficiency.
Her communication was concise keeping us updated every step of the way.

When you lend money to a friend then it goes all wrong and the 'friend' refuses to pay back any of the loan and basically makes your life a complete misery, It is very stressful and overwhelming. Have found Swift Resolution via the Internet, having a professional, swift by name and nature debt collector is a godsend. Not only did they recover the debt in the space of a few months after two years of anguish, but they saved my emotional state.

Chelsea has been amazing throughout the process and kept me upto speed with everything and has advised of the best way to proceed all through the process.

My debt recovery is at an early stage and in the process of remittance, however the whole thing is going smoothly and moving in the right direction.

They have been very professional with handling the case and making sure the debtor pays on time.

I will highly recommend them to anyone since it can be rather stressful when someone owes you money and it is impossible to get it back on your own.

my experience with swift was i think a fair one. they did as they said they would do, and were helpful in other matters. the communication was not swift, but a tad slow, as i expected to keep my finger on the pulse.. i did in all honesty find payment a bit slower than i expected, its what companies do,, would i use them again......i guess i would.

We came to Swift Resolution after failing to retrieve any money back from a county court judgement. They were successfully retrieving some of the debt back in random instalments via a payment plan, which was good progress. However since last year I've had no communication and it has totally dried up despite me emailing me several times. At this stage I'm unsure if they are still trying to collect more of the debt, or if they have done all they can. It maybe that they have done all they can (which is fine) but It would be good to have some kind of debrief.

Swift Resolution has been a game-changer for our business. We have previously suffered clients who despite being given the service and deliverables did not pay on time, and some did not at all. After chasing a debt I was owed for the best part of three years I got in contact with Swift Resolution. The team were extremely helpful and talked me through the best route to pursue. After six months they had managed to get the full sum recovered.

Very professional staff that put effort into their roles , good and prompt communication via phone / email , and there is also portal access to view how the payments are going.
As someone with a mental health issue also , I just love how understanding and warm they have been and times they went an extra mile for my requests because it really does allow you to feel that sense of hope !

I know my money would be absolutely unrecoverable without them

Eviction and partial debt collection of tenant who was non-rent paying and made a complete mess of our small property successfully achieved by Swift……. Just in time for the property to be refurbished ready for Ukrainian refugee family who arrive next week.

First class service. I was owed money on professional fees from three or four years ago and I was clearly not going to receive anything from the debtor. Chelsea was superb in getting the matter resolved much more quickly than I had expected.

Marie was dealing with my evection case and told me they have sent the writ of possession to the court and the court is taking longer due to covid backlogs.
After two months still no progress.
Contacted them again and they told me the writ will be back in 14 days.
A month after the 14 days I contacted them again and this time it was a new story and they wanted a further £500.
So waited 6 months and got nothing done!!!
And not refunded my original payment of £246.
No writ was ever sent to the court.
TOTAL SCAMMERS AVOID YOU WILL LOSE TIME AND MONEY!!!
