Received wrong item

Ordering was easy and the price was very good for original Ray Ban nose pads. I ordered push fit and unfortunately they sent me the crimp style.
I contacted customer service and advised of the error and was informed the correct parts would be posted same day, so far they haven't arrived.
I've now replaced my broken nose pad with one of the crimp fit, it works but isn't as tight as it should be.

I’ve had my Oakley Juliet X sunglasses…

I’ve had my Oakley Juliet X sunglasses for 20 plus years and nearly thrown them away so many times as they were in dire need of a total refurb, boy am I happy I didn’t!! These guys have done a wonderful refurb job and I am so, so happy. Posting them off was simple, the job was done in swift time and they were packaged well for the return journey. Thanks and I will be sending you another pair of Oakley glasses soon.

Fair price for fair outcome

In fairness - probs a tricky repair 'cos actual lens NLA. Cut down a (what I understand and believe) is a rayban G lens (?) to fit out of production frame, but edge grind and fit is not as good as factory standard (obviously) and a bit gappy and bevel reflects a bit into lens. Can't suggest anybody else could do much better though, because of circs, but tbh a new purchase in the sales or at the airport might have been my preferred way to go in hindsight. Overall OK - if you really want to keep your old 'uns this service will help you do that.

Good service

It’s hard to get replacement parts for Raybans - found exactly the right genuine replacement arms. Good communication from Ben. Fiddly as hell to fit but thats not their fault.

Great service and quick turnaround

Great service and quick turnaround. I had a pair of Oakley Juliet sunglasses needing a bridge repair. The sunglasses were returned within a few days as good as new. I highly recommend using these guys.

Fantastic repair to Oakley juliet's.

Really fast turnaround on a special pair of sunglasses that I was hesitant to post. Good communication and clear instructions put my mind at ease.Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for top tier service.

Great replacement but doesn't appear genuine

Super fast delivery and the replacement arms fit great to the frames.

However when comparing them to my original ones I was replacing, the design, code/numbers and shape are very subtlety different. The arms are completely straight, so they don't fit securely around the head. The originals have a bend to them. So I don't believe these are genuine Rayban parts.

Expensive spares

£10 for a tiny (2mm) pair of screws is a bit excessive, but they fit and it’s cheaper than a new pair of sunglasses

None fitting spares

Ordered Ray Ban tips for my sunglasses arms and gave specific model part number as requested. Tips took over a week to arrive and don’t fits properly. My arms have a rectangular profile on arm, tips had very small round profile. I assume they are generic tips and not Ray Ban specific as the website lead me to believe. I have made them fit best I can by heating end of tips.
