I absolutely enjoyed my time at Blue Note for the Saturday showing of Mojo Brooks. I understand the AC system has its challenges, so that’s something (when fixed) will help everyone feel more comfortable.

Staff was so nice, trying to maneuver in tight spaces (can’t imagine). The drinks were good, show was funny…it was a great experience. Mahalo!

I can't afford much so this concert made my year

I paid for admission for Jay-Z concert on July 12th and was denied entry. That night, I arrived there at 7 pm and right around 8:30, they closed all doors to every gate at Yankee Stadium. After waiting well over 4 hours and still no movement, at around 11:30 we left. There was no communication offered at the gates by staff that the gates would re-open. This was a publicized event the following day that talk about how they tried to rush the doors as to the reason they shut all doors. The show didn't start until way past midnight and there were still thousands of people that still didn't gain admission to the venue. I reached out to Stubhub and was promised a resolution by July 23rd as it was escalated to supervisors. Its quite clear despite their 'Fan Protect' policy, that I will not get my response that I've been waiting for. Another representative has now told me that this case is indefinite and that I was provided misinformation about the July 23 deadline for any resolution. Having spent over $2k for these tickets, it seems that they have no intentions of refunding me my money despite providing proof that I was there with pictures of the fiasco and crowds stuck at the gates. I've learned other company like Seetgeek refunded their customer but Stubhub has still not returned any information for my refund. I would think twice before purchasing any tickets over $100 with Stubhub as they will make it difficult for you to return your money in case anything similar like my situation ever happens to you.

My first time purchasing from stubhub. I was a bit skeptical since I’ve also never bought resell tickets before and there are just many people who’ve had bad experiences with stubhub. However, my first experience was great actually, the purchasing process was very easy, quick and I received my tickets in minutes (because I selected instant download tickets). They were valid tickets so I don’t regret purchasing them (I got to see bts in paris thanks to these tickets!), but the only downside in my opinion would be the extra fees you have to pay when purchasing. I actually didn’t expect the fees to be that high so I don’t know if I’d buy again from stubhub in the future.

Great seats at a great price. Ordered far in advance, so I was worried when I did not get my tickets right away. However, they came a couple days before the event and were loaded directly into my MLB Ballpark app and all went well.

I had multiple tickets listed and their system failed to send one of the tickets to the purchaser. Stub hub said they'd look into it and fix it. No call backs. Then charged me $250 for the error. So not only am I out of the sale money but I'm out added $ for their system error.

I purchased Lainey Wilson tickets for Paso Robles July 17th. The tickets were a bit pricey but we were right in the center stage area. This was our first time going to the fair for a concert. We enjoyed the experience. We will be coming back to this venue for future concerts.

Actually all of the comedians leading up to Nate were great. Very different. The crowd work comedian did an absolute great job. We loved the following comedians. A great lead in to Nate. Then Nate was as expected. He’s great. Entertaining. Funny. Kept the audience engaged. We loved the experience. The facility was also great. Seating was tight on the floor. Hosts were awesome. Bartender rocked!

My only issue is that I ordered my tickets in February and I didn’t receive them till a few hours before the show on June 20th. I now know that this is normal, but I didn’t know that before and it was very stressful. The show was Amazing!!!
