Honestly, the only great thing was Natalie's help. She was professional and very reliable and helpful. Besides that Stubhub's app and website made it very difficult to communicate with anyone in per... See more

I bought tickets for a concert, couldn’t go, sold them, and never got them. Spent hours on support calls. Nothing could be done.
I bought tickets from StubHub for a concert for our 20th anniversary. My wife decided she would rather not go after a few days, because she wasn’t up for the late night. We then put the tickets up for sale, based on StubHub’s website which encouraged us to do so if we wanted. We also tried to make a bit of money to use to go out for a local dinner instead. They got sold and we should have made a profit. Spent the next week on multiple support calls and chats trying to get my tickets, which I sold. My buyer probably did the same. They were never transferred to me, despite multiple attempts and StubHub could do nothing about it.And my buyer couldn’t go to the concert either. Me, and my buyer, got screwed. The original ticket platform could do nothing either as it was a third party site (StubHub) sale. Just go to the direct ticket platform, and save yourself lots of headache and lost money. I bet stub hub got some of their fees though, or will get them. We’re all still waiting for some kind of refunds (“buyer/seller guarantee”)… and we all just wasted a lot of time, I lost / didn’t make any money on the sale, but we all put some money down, and will be wasting a lot more time probably trying to get our money back. Who knows what penalties the original seller is trying to get out of. Just a bunch of BS answers from support, never anything in writing/ email, despite being promised so… until my sale expired… got an email saying to wait for an email… but still waiting for that email to tell me what happened and what to do. A few people involved, with decent amounts of money, and nothing has happened. Last time I use StubHub, for sure. Makes me wonder what they do with all of that money on multiple sales and resales that don’t work out, and take ages to sort out.
Garbage company
Garbage company. Sold me tickets they never had and never informed me. Had to contact stub hub day of event to find out they didn’t have the tickets. Never sent an email or anything to let me know. Will never use stub hub again
Rip off
Do not use stubhub. This is where people resell tickets they purchased from somewhere else and charge more than double what box office does.
Great games in Vancouver!
My son and my 11 year old soccer player grandson came from Brazil and went to 3 matches. They said it was amazing!
Worst customer service and prices ever
Worst customer service and prices ever. They’re not refunding for a cancelled event, saying it’s postponed. All of my friends have already received refunds for this event. It’s ridiculous they can run a business like this & hold funds for absolutely no reason. It could be a year this concert is post poned for all they know. I’ll never purchase any tickets from StubHub again.
Got my ticket in time for the concert
Got my ticket in time for the concert, even when purchasing only a week before the date. Didn't have any problems getting into the venue
My experience with StubHub was great
My experience with StubHub was great! I was able to get great seats to see Moulin Rouge, and they were easy to retrieve.
Concert tickets were authentic but...
Concert tickets were authentic, but on StubHub they were listed as 'Row 5' without disclosing that this was a wheelchair / companion (folding chairs) row. I understand scalpers making a profit on regular seats, but profiting on disabled people is low. Really low.
Everything was cool 🤩
StubHub accepted my returned tickets, then denied my refund weeks later
I will never use StubHub again, and I strongly recommend choosing another ticket platform.
I accidentally purchased a duplicate pair after StubHub’s checkout messaging led me to believe my first order had not gone through. I immediately contacted support. StubHub instructed me to transfer the duplicate tickets to its Ticket Return Center and provide proof, which I did.
Over the following weeks, multiple StubHub representatives confirmed in writing that the tickets had been successfully returned, that my proof was received and documented, and that no further action was required. I relied on those confirmations instead of trying to resell the tickets before the event.
After weeks of delays, StubHub suddenly denied the refund because the transfer supposedly should have been completed through the MLB Ballpark app. That requirement was never clearly stated in the original return instructions, and nobody raised the issue when StubHub reviewed my transfer proof and repeatedly declared the return successful.
StubHub kept the returned tickets, denied responsibility for its contradictory instructions, and told me the case was closed. I ultimately had to dispute the $151.42 charge through Chase, which credited my account.
The communication was misleading, inconsistent, and exhausting. A company should not instruct a customer to complete a return, repeatedly confirm that it was successful, and then deny the refund weeks later based on a technicality it failed to communicate.
Save every email and screenshot if you deal with StubHub. Personally, I would avoid this company entirely.
Even though StubHub says it is out of…
Even though StubHub says it is out of their hands,I don't appreciate my money being taken in February for the tickets, but not receiving them until 3 days before the event in July.Too stressful, wondering am I going to receive them? Are they fake tickets?
Where do I start
Where do I start. The experience was awful. Won’t refund tickets that are returned back delayed the process and never refunded my money. Will never use them in my life.
Tickets are not in the location I…
Tickets are not in the location I selected and paid for. Stubhub blame the organizer, even though the seat mapping on their website does match the venue, even they admitted it was a problem on their end in earlier correspondence. They refuse to refund me. Scam service, with ridiculously inflated prices. I’ll avoid this company and go directly to the organizers next time. One and done for me. Never again.
I've gotten some great ticket prices BUT
I've gotten some great ticket prices with StubHub and like that they are now showing all-in prices on tickets. I would recommend them on that basis. However, after this last time around, I have a bone to pick. Right after buying my ticket I was offered a parking pass at what seemed like a very good price, $8, compared to standard parking passes. As I pressed the first button to begin to accept it I found out that, unlike the tickets, this price was not all in. It had a $6 upcharge, so $14. Plus tax. Still not completely deterred I shrugged and accepted. On the trip there, my companion noticed that the route was a little different than we were expecting. The pass worked to open the gate but we were feeling a little uncomfortable. Upon inputting the venue location into GPS, we discovered we were 1.2 mi away and the walk would be through the city. Obviously an Uber would have negated any savings and complicated the trip... So we got back in the car and navigated to the venue, near which we eventually found some street side parking for FREE. It was in a somewhat deserted spot a few hundred yards away and we felt a bit uncomfortable on the way back at night as we navigated around someone who was loitering in wait for some friends who were coming up behind us. Hopefully they were just fellow concertgoers, but at least this moment of paranoia was FREE and closer to our car then the ones that awaited us if we had trekked both ways through downtown from and to the parking garage. Moral of the story, don't offer parking without posting the distance to the venue in large letters. And maybe be across the board with the all-in pricing, because otherwise it's a surprise. The kicker: it appears that the ticket would have been just $5 if purchased at the garage, which was pretty empty. I'd really like my $14 back.
It was so lively
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! I bought day-of tickets for a local concert on StubHub. When trying to download the tickets, I accidentally fat fingered the screen and clicked “decline transfer.” It would not let me download the tickets at all after that. I worked with their customer service 3 separate times between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM, and they did not help me at all. The first agent emailed me back and told me the tickets were unable to re-transfer. So I tried a second time with a new agent and she said they would work on it. Didn’t hear back for a few hours and opened a new service chat. The new agent said I had already placed a service request several hours prior and just to wait and let their team work on it, to which I replied I was frustrated and wanted a refund so I could buy tickets on a new site. He replied that I would need to wait for his team to get back to me. When he finally got back to me, he basically told me I would have to physically go to the venue box to see if they could help me. He was rude and said it was my fault for clicking decline transfer in the beginning. Didn’t help me with a refund! HORRIBLE SERVICE. I can’t understand how fat-fingering a decline transfer of tickets is such an impossible problem to fix. Why is it even an option to decline a download of the tickets you just bought? NEVER using Stub Hub again!!
Great seats and easy ticket access!
Entry check in
Checking in was not easily done. You do not allow paper ticketing, but this facility - Ironstone amphitheater in Murphys, CA, is fairly remote, and quite a few phones did not work there. Some nice spectators were helping others, but checking in was painfully slow. It was Willie's show, and a LOT of his followers are elderly people, and are not accustomed to doing EVERYTHING on their phones. Cut us some slack and allow us to print a ticket!!!!!
Bought parking passes for a concert
Bought parking passes for a concert. Got to the lot and told that number was fake and they had an it comes through from stubhub 9 times already. Called stubhub and the first prompt was press whatever number if having issues with Morgan wallen parking passes, so they knew there was an issue. Got told and emailed I'd be getting a refund. Now 7 days later I get an email saying I needed some type of proof that the pass didn't work. I disputed with the bank since I don't have any way to prove it now and will never use this scam site again.
