I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with StubHub's service and the complete failure of their FanProtect Guarantee. I purchased a ticket for The Neighbourhood concert at Küçükçiftlik Park, Istanbul for TONIGHT, April 26, 2026 (Order #641630647).

However, StubHub sent me a ticket for the wrong date (April 27th). I am currently standing at the venue entrance, and security has denied my entry because of this error. Despite contacting live support multiple times while at the gate, the agents provided no solution, gave me false information about the event time, and eventually refused to provide a Case ID or stay on the chat to resolve the issue.

StubHub has left me stranded at the venue entrance with a useless ticket. This is a clear breach of contract and their own guarantee. I demand an immediate full refund and compensation for this travel and emotional distress. I will be initiating a legal chargeback through my bank immediately if this is not resolved.
