They will send you your tickets and charge you . Then 2hrs before the show starts they will claim there is a security issue with the tickets cancel them and jack up the price for the seats.
Do not trust spotlight. Vegas.

Superior customer service. I booked the wrong date. I called this company. They actually answered my phone. They then were able to switch the date and refund me the original ticket price, which was $500. They went out of their way to help me and very fast and effective. This is the best place to book tickets from Las Vegas.

This service advertises on the ticket purchase website as ‘any reason’ coverage. It is not. You will not get your money refunded. Don’t use this sham site.

Oh my goodness, I can’t say enough wonderful things about Spotlight Vegas. First of all, it was easy to book my tickets online. But most importantly, second of all, when I discovered a serious error regarding the ticket dates I had purchased, Emily, with Spotlight Vegas was so gracious and helpful to assist in rectifying my mistake.

I was very, very concerned about the process. Emily made it easy for me and instructed me all along the way. I would always buy tickets from Spotlight Vegas from now on, mostly because of her. Thank you, Emily!

Our party of 4 were scheduling a surprise birthday gift to my sister in Vegas. each one of us was to pick a show for 3/21 & 3/22. Welllll somehow we picked wrong dates and times and had overlaps of the shows we had picked. Emily was FANTASIC in helping us get everything scheduled correctly. Thank you Emily for patience in this matter.

Tanisha Barnes' customer service was top rate. This customer service agent responded to my request within the hour of my writing with a problem. She solved the issue in a very short period of time and was able to provide me with an outcome I did not expect. Very professional and timely. You saved me and resolved a stressful situation. Spotlight has great prices and AMAZING customer service. My tickets were deleted in my email and customer service sent them to me within a short time frame. I will use the again and highly recommend to others. Thank you so much for your help!!!!

This spotlight Vegas a scammer... They know how to steal money from us. I cancelled my tickets after an hour of booking. Too bad ..no refund

They are definitely scammers. This is one of those companies that promise a refund if you cannot attend an event you paid a good amount of money for, knowing they will never refund you. Only they will win, not you. You will be an idiot… Everything purchased online can be returned/exchanged, or refunded, but if you stay away from Spotlight.Vegas.

I booked my tickets and after 1 hour they cancelled my tickets. We all buy plane ticket and stuff and nobody calls to ask for your information of purchase and they said because I didn’t answer they cancelled my tickets. The way they talked on the phone so unprofessional I was thinking that they are scammers and they blamed me for the cancellation that I wasn’t able to give them my information over the phone. We all purchase tickets all the time for thousands of dollars and nobody is calling me all the time to confirm again and again the same thing!!!! I just don’t get it! I hope they refund my money back! I’m calling my attorney!

Fraudster used my account with this website, totaling $945.96 - tried twice more for another $831.02 (blocked after I canceled that card) Not only has Spotlight refused to give me my money back, but there’s no way to change my password on their website. It is also impossible to delete my account. Their head of customer service, Tenisha, is an absolute nightmare of a woman who doesn’t care about anything but protecting criminals who steal private information and use her website to get it done. Would absolutely not recommend using this website for tickets, EVER!

not informed the gate open and close time and cause no access to the show!

They cancelled the show tickets but didn’t give back the service fees. We ended up with no show and sunk cost using this site. Incredible frustrated and highly recommend to NOT use them. They are not accommodating at all.

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! Bought a ticket for a tribute act and turned up and was a completely different artist to the one advertised. Contacted the company and they basically told me they don't care and no refund or credit given.
