I found Stuart miller on tiktok, reached out to them with an email they got back to me straight away. They Issued me a solicitor that specialised in my type of case, I was accused of a serious a offence and looking at a starting point of 10 Years after pleading not guilty and taking the case to trial. At first I was worried they wasn’t taking it seriously but they do. Mr Kibla at the firm called me in for a meeting, we sat down and discussed the strengths and weaknesses of the case. then got my case dismissed due to lack of evidence before I even had to make an official plea. And got my belongings back !!! Best service could’ve asked for and I can confidently say Stuart miller, especially Mr Kibla, are Trust worthy.

Poor service
Charged me £1800 and dropped me as soon as I was due in court. The fee was a fixed fee and only covered telephone calls and emails to and from myself and the police, something that I could have done myself. You are better off without them.
If it was ‘clear’ I wouldn’t have needed to post a review or engaged a firm that was too far away to be affective. A respectable firm would have refused to take the case.

We also advised that due to location, we could not provide representation at court unless on a private basis, and suggested you seek assistance from a local firm for that stage.
We assist clients across the country on a daily basis. It is entirely common and professionally acceptable for solicitors to advise from afar, especially during early investigative stages. This is not indicative of a lack of respectability, but is simply how modern legal practices operate.
We always strive to be transparent about the scope of our services and fees, and we did so in your case. We appreciate that legal matters can be stressful, but respectfully note that a failure to read or recall information provided does not reflect a failure on our part.

Kibla and Anna looked after my brothers case, after having such an awful experience with duty solicitors I really didn’t have much hope, but they most definitely restored my faith!
