I spoke to Masoud and he gave me some really useful advice to help an asylum seeker. There was great communication and he explained aspects of the asylum process in a way that made it a little less complicated. Really lovely customer service.

Brilliant and effective. If you have a complex case or any legal issue this is the best place to contact. I called this office up and spoke to a person who assisted me with free immigration advice over the phone, he was kind, polite and helpful and very positive. Makes a difference when you’re facing a difficult situation.
