WORST BUY EVER

After having this sofa for a week , if I could give minus 0 stars... POOR QUALITY ... This is not going to give me even 5 years 😒 my back hurts from sitting on this thing... Please DO NOT BUY FROM DISSTRUCKTUBE ... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Deceptive information on website

I searched online for a product and checked its availability in our local store. The website indicated the product (a small lamp in its many forms ) was available at our store. When I arrived, they informed me that, Yes, the product is in store, but it is not available for purchase since it was for display only. When I pointed out the discrepancy of the website and the reality of the in store inventory, the sales clerk indicated this was normal practice for the store. A complete waste of my time. Shopped elsewhere.

SHOULD HAVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!!!
Went into the Calgary store on 130th ave on Dec 5th to shop for a new sofa. After trying nearly all in the showroom, I decided on the teresa. I sat on it in the showroom for about a half an hour & in numerous positions. I found it to be quite comfortable & is why I purchased it that day. However, whatever it is that has been delivered to my townhouse is by no means anything even close to resembling what I sat on in your showroom. I am very well aware of the adequate break in time required for new cushions but this is is beyond ridiculous. It is extremely uncomfortable & is actually very painful to sit on. I've looked online & have seen that it is apparently a nightmare trying to deal with this company's customer service & this is exactly what I have come to experience. Instantly upon sitting on the sofa once built I realized it was not right & Immediately contacted the store, only to be told "Sorry, if it's no longer in the box & has been put together it cannot be returned" What? How was I supposed to build it without taking it out of the box? And how would I know it's faulty without sitting on it?
It is absolutely ridiculous that you will not stand by your product & it is entirely unacceptable.
Furthermore, I'm aware that this company refuses to post legit negative reviews from actual paying customers & this is not right.

• Misleading Representation: The Competition Bureau of Canada considers it a deceptive marketing practice to publish consumer review information in a misleading way. If Structube only displays overwhelmingly positive reviews while suppressing negative ones, it could be argued that they are creating a false or misleading impression of their product quality or service, which violates the Act.

PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A COMPANY WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!!

Stay away from structube

Here’s a clear, strong, and more polished version while keeping the frustration and message intact:

I’ve never experienced such terrible delivery service anywhere else except Structube. There were no delivery updates for 11 days, and then suddenly a delivery driver called and told me there was only one available time frame if I wanted to receive my items before Christmas.

Their schedule didn’t match mine, so I was told to go to the warehouse and pick up the items myself. That policy is absolutely ridiculous. If you want to return the items but don’t have a large enough vehicle to transport them, they will charge you a fee even though the stuff is still in their warehouse

I will never shop at Structube again and will definitely warn others to do the same. There are plenty of competitors who provide much faster, more flexible, and far better delivery service.

Makes promises it does not…

UPDATE: They postponed my delivery date again! Another 7-14 day delay and the product has been in the warehouse since Dec 15th!! They offered to refund me but delivery charges (for an order I would not be receiving) would not be refunded!! Stay far away from Structube!!

This company makes promises it does not delivery on. Twice I tried to order a recliner from them with very disappointing results. The first time I ordered for store pickup, when I didn't hear back as to pickup time, I phoned customer service and was told it would be another week. I then called the store location and they said it should have been a next day pickup. It was in stock in the warehouse and should have been shipped to the store. Again I called customer service about the delay, I was told to cancel my order and order again online with doorstep delivery for faster service. I did this and was assured by customer service this would be delivered within the delivery window I needed. Again, this was not done. Even though I was assured it would be delivered within a necessary time frame, a delivery time was suggested - 22 days later (a week past my delivery window)! Not being able to accept an overdue delivery I again phoned customer service. I was told I could cancel my order but they would not be refunding me the delivery costs paid. No efforts were made to get deliver faster or on time.

I'm honestly shocked at how bad my experience was. The furniture locked great online, but what I received was cheapy made and started showed issues almost immediately. When I reached out for help, Customer service blamed me instead of acknowledging the clear defects.
They kept asking for photos , explanations and waiting but offered nothing useful in return. The 7-day return policy feels like a trap, and once it passes, they basically stop caring.

I am VERY disappointed and unhappy with…

I am VERY disappointed and unhappy with Structube and their customer service. I've been a customer for years, and my most recent purchase was a faux leather couch in July of this year. After only a couple months, the finish is coming off and the stitching is coming undone in one area. I contacted customer service, and they basically told me that it's my fault—according to them, I'm using the wrong cleaning products. I've only ever used the proper cleaning products for faux leather, I don't have kids, and the couch is only used for what it's supposed to be used for...sitting on. How do you explain stitching coming undone from properly maintaining a couch? What is your one-year warranty for then? It's absolutely useless. I will be telling everyone I know not to shop here anymore.

Toxic fumes from sofa

I purchased a sofa that had an incredibly toxic bromide smell that refused to go away. I put it in front of the window for two weeks and the smell would not dissipate. I contacted the store and they said the only condition they would take it back from me as if I paid them to pick it up and only would offer me a partial store credit. Really horrible customer service considering that equal and better quality can be found on Amazon and IKEA.

Customer Service & Shipping Sucks

Furniture is stylish, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I purchased the Portland Bed and Rousseau Chair (which is available Jan 28 2026). Why did I have to call and reach out to only find out they have to wait until my chair is available to ship my bed. Why not ship the available item first? “Schedule delivery day, schedule shipping day. All nonsense, basically want you to sit by your phone waiting for someone to call you about your order. Customer service sucks. I asked if I could change the delivery method for the chair to pick up they said it’s not permitted, The chair is not even at the warehouse for another 2 months or in transit WHY CAN’T YOU MODIFY TO PICK UP IN STORE??? Absolute headache representatives to deal with and give attitude once you’re confused with all their policies. Reading all these reviews, I’m scared my bed will not hold up. I canceled the chair. Never buying from here again IKEA is much more reliable.

1 Star – If I could give 0, I would.

I am beyond disappointed and furious with Structube. I’ve only had my sectional for three months, and from the very beginning I noticed a crackling noise on the right side whenever I leaned on it. At first, I didn’t think it was a big issue, but over time the noise kept getting worse — to the point where it was clearly not normal.

Since the defect wasn’t visible to the eye, I took the time to record videos and explain everything in detail to customer service, thinking they would stand by the 1-year warranty they advertise everywhere — on their website, in store, and in their policies. Instead, they declined my claim and told me I “used the sectional the wrong way.” Absolutely unbelievable.

To make things even worse, they tried to use the excuse that I had the sectional for three months, as if that somehow makes the problem my fault. They refuse to admit it’s a manufacturing defect, even though all I asked for was a repair or replacement of the one faulty side — I wasn’t even asking for a full return or a new model. I simply wanted them to fix the defective part of my 2-piece sectional. And still, they refused.

The customer service experience has been terrible. They throw out any excuse possible instead of helping loyal customers. The lack of accountability, the dismissiveness, and the complete disregard for warranty policies is shocking. This is not how a reputable furniture company should operate.

I will NEVER shop at Structube again. More than disappointed — I am angry, frustrated, and completely let down. Everyone should think twice before spending their money here, because if anything goes wrong, they will do everything in their power to avoid taking responsibility.

Structube has lost a long-time customer, and they deserve every honest review they get.

Purchased the Helio sofa

I had purchased the Helio sofa from Structube. It’s rated at 100,000 rub count, well above industry standard and pilling grade 3, meaning doesn’t pill easily and should look like new for a long time. Within 10 days it started to pill. I called and was told it’s normal and to shave the sofa and was reminded I was past the 7 day return window. By the time I had the sofa for a month, it looked like a sofa I picked up off someone’s lawn for free. Extreme fuzzing, pilling, cushions flat, shapeless, feathers shedding. Entered a ticket requesting a refund and attached evidence. Call from the store requesting more photos and proof of it being their sofa, which I sent. Again more photos requested and told to wait. I got a call days later telling me to get a fabric shaver, I refused as this doesn’t fix the issue. They offered new covers, I refused because this is an overall quality issue, not a cushion issue. They offered a store credit, which I refused due to the existing quality issues and overall experience making this extremely difficult to resolve. Had to remind them about customer protection laws in place that supersede their policies. Suddenly offered a return and refund but in the email it said “once we receive and inspect that the condition is the same as in photos, a refund will be issued”. I emailed back to remind them that in the customer protection laws where I live, it’s unlawful to impose additional conditions for or withhold the refund or return that they’ve already offered for a defective or not as described product that they’ve already accepted as such. Be very cautious about purchasing from this retailer. The fact that their return policy is only seven days should’ve told me everything that I needed to know about how they were going to stand behind any of their products. Rest assured that if you do have problems with a sofa from this retailer, they will offer you the bare minimum they will not do the thing that they know that they should be doing in the first place. Be ready to have to look up what the consumer protection laws are in your area and don’t be afraid to politely and respectfully reference those policies to help you remediate genuine quality issues with products from the store. For me, my experience was negative and I personally would not purchase from the store again. It was a huge lesson learned for me.

Poor Quality – Couch Collapsed After Just 3 Months and Structube refused to honor warranty

Extremely disappointed with Structube’s customer service and warranty practices. When my couch broke after just three months, I contacted them immediately. I was asked to send pictures, which I did. After a week, they rejected my claim, saying the damage was caused by “excessive force.” That made no sense, as the couch was barely used by one person and had never been moved or mishandled.

I appealed the decision and sent additional photos, but the claim was denied again, no inspection, no real investigation, just a copy-paste explanation. Their explanation was contradictory: on one hand, they said their products are “tested to meet everyday use standards,” and on the other hand, they claimed that “uneven weight distribution or gradual stress” counts as wear and tear.

What’s worse is the lack of accountability. Structube refused to stand behind their warranty or even consider that it could be a manufacturing defect. I’ve bought cheaper furniture before that lasted years, so this experience was beyond disappointing.

If you’re thinking of buying from Structube, don’t. Their products are fragile, their warranty is meaningless, and their customer service is more interested in deflecting blame than helping customers.

Bought a Reve sofa that had seat…

Bought a Reve sofa that had seat stitches come loose within 3 mos of purchase and light use. We spoke to staff at purchase store who gave us an email address to send our issues to. Upon receipt of the email, staff called me to say the concern had been reviewed and we could exchange the item with a return first or store credit. We were using the sofa in another city so I inquired about exchange at another store.
Staff spoke to the other store and said the TO store would call to discuss. Imara from the downtown TO Well Structube called and worked out an option for us for repair of the sofa (our choice) by an upholsterer and we were very happy with. This TO store staff was very accommodating and great to deal with. We will be back.

After assembling the product

After assembling the product, we noticed that in some areas the fabric appears red, which is clearly visible in person. This color defect was not expected and differs from what was displayed at the time of purchase.

We spoke with the manager, Kelye, who informed us that it is our responsibility to wrap and prepare the item for pickup by Structube’s delivery team. During the conversation, my wife was also told to “stop yelling,” which was unnecessary, as we were only explaining our concern about receiving a defective product.

We were told that the store “is not part of the company” and that the manager “doesn’t work for Structube,” which was confusing, as we believed all Structube locations represent the company and its values.

I am writing to express my deep…disappointment


I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent purchase experience with Structube. This is the second time I have had issues with your products and service.
I recently purchased a sideboard and, unfortunately, several parts were missing from the package. Due to my health issues, I had to hire two people to assemble the furniture for me, paying $70 per hour. However, once they arrived, they couldn’t complete the job because of the missing parts — which means I still had to pay them for their time.
When I contacted Structube, I was told that I could either wait for the missing parts to be delivered at an unspecified date or pick them up from one of your stores. I was also informed that Structube would not take responsibility for the additional assembly costs caused by your error.
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The furniture itself cost $250, but I have already spent $150 on assembly for nothing. Once the parts finally arrive, I will again need to hire help — costing even more time and money.
I’ve bought from Structube before, and both times I faced problems. While your prices are affordable, the repeated inconvenience and poor service are simply not worth it. I recently ordered furniture from Ashley, and they handled everything — delivery, assembly, and quality — without any issue.
I would appreciate if Structube could at least offer reimbursement for the unnecessary assembly charges or provide some form of compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs I’ve incurred.

The furniture looks good and trendy but.....

The furniture looks good and trendy, the quality is not there and the customer service is non existent, this company does not care about customer satisfaction. Took almost a month to make a decision on a return for a $500 item, and declined it was a safety issue and their analogy was " buyers remorse and lost thousands of sales as I was going to buy a sectional, cancelled and went elsewhere
with quality and SERVICE. Think twice...
