Horrible customer service. I liked their furniture and style even if I think it's cheaply made. But will NEVER EVER shop at Structube again. They don't care about their customer after purchase item... See more

DO not purchase the JERRY large dining room table!
SO disappointed! I ordered the JERRY kitchen table absolutely loved it. Within 10 months of having it the top started to chip around the edges of one part of the table where no one hardly ever sat. I have only washed this table with water and a cloth. Structube would not replace the table top said basically it was my fault the table is the way it is due to something I did wrong. I am so embarrassed when I have company over so am now having to buy a new one, somewhere else obviously. This is horrible customer service!! We had planned to buy our couch there next...that will NOT be happening.
Save yourself the trouble
Bought chairs and a sofa from Structube. After barely a few uses, the chairs constantly need to have the screws tightened, otherwise they are super wobbly. And even after tightening the screws they are unsteady. Structube tells me it's not a manufacturing defect and it's "normal" to have to tighten the screws on their chairs regularly (I'm taking after every time you sit in them). The sofa fabric also ripped pretty fast and Structube said it was an "out of warranty usage" that caused "normal wear and tear" and that they couldn't help me. What?
Customer service can't help - if you reach them, they might open a ticket that goes nowhere. Otherwise you have to almost harass them to even get a call back.
They also delete negative item reviews off their website, as far as I can tell, as my reviews were published and then disappeared.
Horrible Service
Purchased a Reno dining room table in June 2024, that delivered in January 2025. After two months, the wood table top split. Structube customer service which appears to be offshore requested photographs and is now declining to repair/replace stating the wood split because I have a window and a fireplace in my condo. The end of the table that split is nowhere near a window and my fireplace is electric - it does not generate heat. They refuse to send anyone to inspect. There have been prior similar complaints regarding this table. Buyer beware - you get less than what you pay for. Their furniture is junk and their customer service decides the validity of your claim for defective merchandise under warranty arbitrarily from the comfort of their keyboards, likely in some far-off land.
Defective Indian rosewood cabinet
Purchased an Indian rosewood cabinet from Structube mid 2023 for $ 1000. After 20 months one of the doors became bent, turning outwards by about 1/2 inches, not in flush with the rest of the cabinet’s body. It’s very visible and ruins the furniture’s appearance. It might continue to get more distorted as it’s caused by the wood drying process. Customer service simply refused any help referring to their one year warranty. Be aware of their ignorance and definitely don’t buy Indian rosewood pieces from them. By comparison I’ve had a similar wood defect experience with a dining table from Decorium and they exchanged the table to a new one after five (!) years.
Paid for a sofa on Dec 30, 2024 and still waiting in late March
We paid for a sofa on Dec 30, 2024, which the lady in the store said would be delivered on Feb 21, 2025. When we called them in February, they said it would be ready by Mar 26. Now, when I see the online tracker, it says that the item will be delivered in late May 2025. When we called the store, they didn't give any definite answer; they said the item might be delivered in the second week of April, whereas the online tracking said it would be delivered in late May. Customer care does not take any steps to expedite. Seems like they have been doing this to other customers, too. What a disastrous company!
No parts will be sent to after 1 year since purchase, you wont be able to buy them after 1 year
I have purchased a bed couple of years ago, and few little parts that hold slats were lost during moving. I contacted support provided my receipt, begging to purchase the lost parts, support person Wiam said no purchase possible and they only send parts when it’s under 1 year warranty. So after couple of years I have unusable bed frame because structube doesnt allow you to purchase parts.
When will it arrive
Order December 1st, 2024. Told it would be available early February. Then told mid-March. Now told end-March. Not sure when or if I will receive it. Never again.
Amazing quality but the time it takes…
Amazing quality but the time it takes to get delivered is pathetic. Won't do it again unfortunately. Was told 3 weeks and it's been 2 and a half months.
Worst customer service
Worst customer service! I purchased the Jace dresser and matching nightstand in mid 2023. After two months of light use one of the drawers/track was not functioning properly. A part was sent out to me to fix ourselves. Another few months later the same thing happened to another drawer and parts were mailed out again. I am now considered passed warranty at under two years. The final drawer has the same issue and the dresser has now been discontinued. After emailing and on the phone back and forth, customer service has said nothing can be done since they don’t make the dresser anymore. My husband confirmed it’s the same part for the nightstand which we have, and I asked if that part can be mailed out. The representative on the phone quite rudely told me it doesn’t work like that and the nightstand would have to have an issue for the exact part I need to fix an ongoing issue. I told her then we have an issue with the nightstand so we can just get the parts and she smugly told me to email pictures of the damaged item. When asked to escalate this to management to sighed and put me on hold. I am now escalating the issue to management, who are suppose to call me, but I am not hopeful that this can be resolved.
Worst customer service thus far!
Extremely Dissatisfied with Carpet Order
I recently bought a carpet from Structube, and I would give it 0 points if I could. The carpet arrived dirty, with mud all over it, and the threads were completely broken. I sent a picture and video to show the damage and requested a return.
Customer service was horrible. It took almost 3 weeks of constant follow-ups to get any response, and no one ever called me back. At the end, they did not take responsibility and told me the carpet was used. I didn't accept it because it was dirty and damaged, yet they asked me to pay for the return shipping.
This was my first and last order with Structube. I will never buy anything from you again. Your product and service are both terrible.
They have very poor after-sales service…
They have very poor after-sales service and I made a mistake of more than 4000 dollars and bought a device from them. One of the devices, which was a console, had a wrong closing method and was broken, but the neck was not attached.
It's really a stupid company
I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to…
I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to purchase a product from Structube. Ordered a brand new dining room table from there. It was delivered & after assembling it, it was discovered there was damage in two different spots. Contacted Structube & they blamed us for not checking for damage prior to putting it together. They offered us $65 to keep the table when it was over $350. We requested a new one, and they told us we had to take the table apart, have it ready for the movers & potentially have to pay for the delivery back. Spoke to the case manager & she was rude and arrogant. Now we have to wait 14 business days to get a table we bought that isn’t damaged. Avoid this place at all costs. We will never buy anything from here again.
Giving Structube one star is probably…
Giving Structube one star is probably too generous. I purchased an item on line and immediately cancelled it within the hour after I double checked the measurements and discovered the item would not fit. I ended up having my credit card stolen the same day. In order to get my refund (since I had to cancel my credit card) they said they would mail me out a cheque. It has been three months and I have not received my refund. The first cheque they said got lost in the mail, so I patiently waited for another cheque and asked that this one be sent to the store (through their internal mail) and I would pick it up. 31 emails back and forth, dealing with three different managers and I was told again that Canada Post lost this second cheque. Nobody was able to even tell me how long it takes to issue a cheque. This company has terrible customer service. Three months later and I am still waiting for a refund of $250. I would NEVER recommend purchasing anything from Structube.
Carey Chair
I wrote a review about the Carey chair and it wasn't posted. I have purchased this chair before back in 2019 and the wood colour was definitely darker, now it seems it has no stain at all but yet they haven't updated their web pictures, so when I received it and it looked like unfinished wood I returned it because it didn't match my other chairs. My review of this deception wasn't posted. So ultimately your almost 5 star rating on this chair isn't quite accurate because you don't post low star ratings on this Carey. Not honest. I also don't like the lady in the Hyde Park store in London Ont....she is really rude.
Horrible customer service and poor quality of beds
I’ve ordered 3 beds from structube, the slats on 2 of them have broken. They initially provided a replacement for one then declined after it happened again. The process of getting a replacement is tedious. They don’t sell the slats so if they happen to break—and yes, they break easily as they are very flimsy—and it’s been more than a year since you bought it, they won’t replace them and won’t even sell them to you. I don’t know what type of tactic this is but it’s mind-boggling. They are trying really hard to lose me as a customer forever. I would not recommend buying anything from them if this is how they treat their customers.
Expect missing parts with your order and attitude from staff if you complain!
My partner and I ordered the DAWSON tufted upholstered wingback queen size bed. We like how it looks, and it is pretty sturdy; however, the company as a whole isn't too great. The main issue we had is that there were TWO parts missing when it arrived - one washer for a screw, and the other was the tool needed to put everything together! Yikes. When we reached out to the company, they said exactly these words: "We cannot guarantee that we will be able to find your spare parts but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Shipping charges may apply when sending the part." I thought it was a joke that there was no apology at first, no guarantee that they would have the missing parts in stock and on top of that, they were going to charge us for shipping of these parts. Eventually I got an apology, and after weeks of back-and-forth (sending numerous picture, completing numerous forms, answering the same questions over and over), they did send the missing parts.... 1 month later. But by this point we already bought it ourselves... And of course, when I asked for compensation for all the trouble they put us through, they said no.
Purchased a Chameleon couch 3 months…
Purchased a Chameleon couch 3 months ago and starting sagging/losing shape in the middle when we barely use it. Contacted them and they declined the warranty and insisted it’s a wear and tear. Worst customer service and will never recommend their store nor their products
They tried to charge me shipping charge…
They tried to charge me shipping charge when they were they one who said they would do leave at door delivery.
I wasn't home and they did not leave my table at my door, instead, they tried to charge me $100 to "redeliver"
Poor quality furniture
We bought two Falcon three-seat sofas in Burlington, ON. Not even five months after purchase, the back cushions have completely lost their shape. Very poor quality filling. Not supportive at all. Wholly unsatisfied with this purchase. We brought the cushions in to show in person how misshapened they had become and were told that they would replace the cushions for us only to find out a week later that head office would not allow this. Do not purchase this poor quality furniture. It is not worth the money even at sale prices.
Waste of time & energy!
I bought one sofa from them on Black Friday, it took them almost one month to deliver it even though I live in Montreal and it came from their stores in QC. it had a manufacturer defect, was not able to assemble it. I asked for exchange and they sent it in 7 days. Again, same defect and also another one. I asked for refund and they approved it. I spoke with them about any compensation that they will consider to cover the energy and time that has been wasted and the fact that I will spend more money on a new sofa out of the Black Friday season. They just replied to me that they won’t do anything! I would say that the customer service people were doing their job, no delays, but the management and the higher ups are so bad and wasting our time and energy!
Not worth it, save more, and buy your time with higher quality brands!
