My experience with Stoneside couldn’t have been any better. Starting with my design consultant Anna. She was knowledgeable, competent and had great suggestions for my window & door project in San Francisco. My installer was Rafiel and he was just the best. Quick and knew exactly what to do. My Roman shades are just perfect. I couldn’t be happier that I chose Stoneside. I will definitely use them again for future projects and happily recommend them.

The designer was thoughtful and met me where I was in terms of process and budget. She had helpful suggestions to stay in budget and prioritize as we had several rooms that required window coverings. The turnaround time was a lot quicker than I expected and the installation was seamless with a professional and very courteous technician. The final installed product looks and feels premium and is exactly what I wanted (and worth every penny!). I will absolutely work with Stoneside for additional rooms in my house.

Terrific company. The sales person, the person taking measurements and the installer each arrived exactly on time. There were no problems with any part of the purchase or installation. Communicating with the company was easy and efficient.

very efficient knowledgeable process of picking out materials and measuring and installing; Jada sales rep was experienced, professional and timely, so was Alan the measurer and installer. My only qualm was using the automated scheduling app process, that did NOT work well and I had to waste a lot of time trying to get to a human because of my difficult schedule, it doesn't work to have the computer just serve up a date and time as I will never be able to make that date and time . . .

First, Reba Walker is excellent. She thoroughly went through options, colors and procedures. She is polite and knowledgeable.
Then, John and a new associate came to measure. Non-intrusive and thorough.

About 6 weeks later, all blinds and drapes custom made and ready. Arranged installment date.
John( measurer) working by himself was on time and did beyond an amazing job. He set up automated blinds then overlying drapes. He, with patience and perfection set up anll materials beautifully . His original measurements were perfect which helped install. The end result is so satisfying! He spent his final hour here steaming drapes to remove any wrinkles.
Frankly, blown away by work ethic, knowledge of work, completing work and finally perfectly cleaning workplace. Where did John come from??? So grateful for beauty window coverings and now light and SOUND out of room. You Guys are worth the cost of this most satisfying experience. WOW!

When we had trouble with our new shades, Stoneside immediately sent out an installer to diagnose the problem. He ordered new parts and returned a couple of weeks later to make the repair. William, our installer, was polite and professional, and he explained what he was doing clearly. Our shades work great now.

Stoneside is a class act. Michelle's expertise and help made the purchasing decision very easy. Scott (the installer) did a great job installing the blinds. The blinds are fantastic. Overall I highly recommend Stoneside Blinds and Shades!

Installer arrived on time and explained the install process. Upon completion installer demonstrated how to open and close the blinds, then had me try. Asked if I had any questions or concerns.

Their service is superb. Starting with Caleb in the office to their technicians William and Dave, they are professional, competent and courteous—a very rare combination these days. Great company. Very happy with their products and services.

My first experience with Stoneside Blinds & Shades was excellent from beginning to end. From the personal sales presentation to the measurements through installation. The quality of the product is far better than any company I have shopped for.

From start to finish, everything went without a hitch. Lisa helped me pick out the perfect window treatments in creat colors and Rusty was a pro getting measurements and then doing the install. My windows look fresh and new.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Stoneside Blinds & Shades and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I have worked with Melanie LeFur several times and she is knowledgeable, professional and has a gift for decor. The installation by Jon was seamless. He communicated before arriving, arrived on time and was incredibly efficient. He took great care to ensure everything was installed perfectly.
The quality of the blinds is outstanding and the service Melanie and Jon provided (and the office people on the phone) were top notch.

From start to finish the service was exceptional. The designer, Riley, was very knowledgable, friendly and listened to our needs. The installer, Shane, was on time, professional, knowledgable and friendly! He explained how everything worked and cleaned up everything. The blinds and shades are absolutely perfect ! I would definitely recommend and will be using them again!
