Rusty was awesome. On time, helpful and got our issue resolve in only a few minutes.

Francisco -- with the initial install, he discovered that a couple of the blinds were not as ordered. He took care of re-ordering the blinds, and just installed. He's a great asset for you--friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and expert at installation. Minus two for not getting the order right, but plus two for sending Francisco, so five stars. Also, love the blinds we got.

Especially grateful for Amy Browarski's initial visit to our home with product samples, interior design experience & patient customer service was a delightful experience! Impressed as well to receive contact from Steve Musgrove @ corporate in Denver re: our small job. We also appreciated that the rep that did our measurement visit was the same person that installed our beautiful kitchen window shade. John Shannon was great: He was efficient & patient w/our senior citizen questions. So impressed with our Stoneside team that I almost forgot to mention the beautiful craftsmanship of our new remote controlled window shade! Cesar installed my rolling shades yesterday. He was meticulous and thorough, making sure to adjust and synchronize the blinds after each installation for the remote control to function properly. Tommy, the sales rep was helpful and very transparent about the product. Very happy with how things turned out, thank you!

Melanie was amazing! She walked us through the process and was very knowledgeable! Joe was very professional with installation and took the time to make sure we know all about our shades. I highly recommend Melanie and Joe!

Stoneside provides amazing customer service. My housecleaner pulled out the charging cord on one of my blinds, and I was unable to reconnect it. I called for service, and within a few days, John was here exactly on time, fixing the problem in just minutes.

Great installation

Shane, our installer, was very thorough and efficient with our install. When he completed the job, he showed my husband that each one was operating correctly and answered all questions to our satisfaction. Additionally, Shane was very friendly and pleasant during the entire install process.

The whole process with Stoneside was smooth, and I’m so happy with how my window coverings turned out. The measurements they took were precise, the design consult with Rebecca was incredibly thorough and helpful. She got me aligned with what I envisioned for my home, including style and colors. The install by Edgardo was surprisingly fast and he did a great job and was very friendly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

John was an excellent technician—punctual, personable, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of my questions in a way that felt respectful and clear, never making me feel rushed or silly. Most importantly, he addressed every issue I had, and the improvements he made will genuinely make my day-to-day life much easier with my shades.

It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it also reflects well on the company—there’s a strong sense that they support their team to deliver great service and stand behind a quality product. I’ve been very pleased all around and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both John and the company.

Our designer was incredibly patient and helped us pick exactly the right window treatments for us. The installation was smooth and flawless. And we love our new blinds.

In a word, Ryan, who installed our blinds today was fantastic. He came to our house several weeks back to take measurements and was very professional, extremely polite, and very clear with his explanation in exactly how our blinds would look once installed.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Ryan today and were so pleased to know that we requested the right person to install our blinds. It’s obvious that Ryan’s measurements were precise, and his installation was perfect!

What else can I say about this company? Well, after looking at the final product, it’s obvious that this company spends a lot of time on the engineering of their products. The shades were made perfectly, they look terrific, and Ryan made that happen.
