Always high quality school uniform. Only catch is that some non-school specific items are much more expensive than they are sold elsewhere(e.g. Calculator, maths instruments etc).

You were a no show on the Friday…
You were a no show on the Friday delivery. I waited home because your text declares a specific time. Rearranged my plans. Then your delivery person changed the time to Monday so casually . To add salt to the wound- you left parcel with neighbour 51! No way did I consent to that! They didn’t answer their door for a further 2 days. Very frustrating having to wait for someone to be home or pick up. You need to do better!

Great experience in the St Albans…
Great experience in the St Albans store. It was a busy Saturday before schools went back and the store was full of helpful staff which made buying a full new school uniform stress free.
Online returns are made easy and remote customer service helpful.

Superb clothing quality!
Superb face to face customer services, always helpful and the quality of clothing is next level! Shame my child is growing so quickly because despite 3 years of ruthless washing, her Stevensons uniform still looks brand new! (Albeit too small now 😊)

Does what it says on the tin. Great to deal with online. Never been in store as been able to fit out my kids online as the system is good. Online enquire was answered in good time and with clarity.
