Poor customer service and high renewal
The telephone rep refused to speak with my wife regarding getting a better renewal deal despite me authorising her to do so and also being present throughout the conversation. The renewal price had increased significantly even with the ‘applied discount’.
If this is their treatment before I make a claim I am thankful I haven’t had to.
