Company lacking good will
I booked a flight with KLM on Friday 21st August which immediately prompted an email from Staysure suggesting I book my travel insurance and offering me 20% off with the code SUN 20. So I did only to be told the code was invalid. I received a text and more emails from Staysure.
I phoned their help line on Saturday morning and spoke to a very helpful young lady, She tried to get me 20% off but was only allowed to offer a couple of pounds reduction. I think this was very mean of the company as they sent me the incorrect email.
It's not something I will forget and I will be telling friends about it and finding another company in the future.

I was purchasing travel insurance…
I was purchasing travel insurance online but my sun20 discount code would not work so i didn’t bother. Later that day i was contacted by phone and a very nice guy called dylan sorted it all out for me including the 20% discount. Great service all round.

Excellent Customer service!
The member of staff I contacted about my quote was a very nice guy.
It was treated as a professional call. However, I was able to relax fully whilst I provided and confirmed my medical status for Staysure insurance purposes.
We had a very jovial conversation, and even through it took a little bit of time to submit my information, the conversation felt a lot shorter than the actual timespan of the call.
All-in-all despite the context it felt like I was talking to a friend.
