Very helpful staff on telephone …
The young woman I spoke to first was very helpful and friendly and gave me the information I needed. I was rung back by a young man a few days later when I had decided which option to take and make the payment. I’m now Just waiting for paperwork to be emailed to me.

Competitive and easy to manage online
I've used Staysure for my travel insurance for a number of years and I find the price competitive. I take out a couples policy for the year, which covers both of us travelling together or individually if we travel separately. Suitable for older people with pre-existing conditions. Customer service is helpful too.
It is easy to update on line when things change. You can download a copy of your policy to your phone so you always have it or print if preferred.
Not had to claim so cannot comment on that aspect.
