Such a thing as too much information
I rang to advise Staysure that my husband had been told he had Arthritis in his knee. This conversation led to a hip replacement that was over 20yrs old being put on his policy….despite there being no problems with this. A call that should have taken 5mins was an age!

Noisiest call centre I’ve ever called.
Just spent 40 minutes going through a quote, the agent was fine. the issue i have is her colleagues in the background sounded like they were having a party, i asked multiple times if she could tell them to lower their noise as it made it so difficult to hear, nothing changed. Wont be calling back.
