I received a friendly greeting when I arrived at the store. I was then treated kindly by all staff members, including the optometrist who took my eye test. My experience at the Redbank Plaza store was pleasant. I highly recommend this store.

Very satisfactory

I was cheerfully welcomed at reception. The person I dealt with was Alison who was very informative, very bubbly personality. She is diligent and thorough, made sure my spectacles fitted comfortably and advised me to return should I have the slightest issue. I found my visit to be a very pleasant experience.

The spec savers team at Rundle mall…

The spec savers team at Rundle mall Adelaide are second to none. I travel a distance to visit the store and pass other outlets as I will now only use this store. polite and professional store.
