I'd particularly like to acknowledge…

I'd particularly like to acknowledge all of the staff who were working during my visit. While I was there, another customer became abusive and swore at staff, but the team remained calm, professional, polite, and respectful throughout. They handled the situation extremely well and continued to provide excellent customer service despite the challenging circumstances.

I received a friendly greeting when I…

I received a friendly greeting when I arrived at the store. I was then treated kindly by all staff members, including the optometrist who took my eye test. My experience at the Redbank Plaza store was pleasant. I highly recommend this store.

Very satisfactory

I was cheerfully welcomed at reception. The person I dealt with was Alison who was very informative, very bubbly personality. She is diligent and thorough, made sure my spectacles fitted comfortably and advised me to return should I have the slightest issue. I found my visit to be a very pleasant experience.
