It was a warm welcoming by the staff members, they were very helpful trying to help me with pricing. I would say need to work on better pricing when it comes to additional stuff like thinning, polarising etc cause that’s what makes the lenses and frame’s expensive specially if you’re a yearly regular customer.

When people have progressive glasses
When people have progressive glasses, further explanation and time will be required explaining how they will differ, as well as extra time for ensuring they are a proper fit for ALL purposes. Not just a cop-out phrase of "try it for 1-2 weeks, you should get used to them by then."
