Great service
I recently visited Specsavers on Devonport Road and was extremely impressed with the whole experience. The staff were all incredibly friendly, professional, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in.
The eye examination was only $60 and was one of the most detailed and thorough eye tests I’ve ever had. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed at any point.
What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pushy sales approach or pressure to buy anything extra. After the examination, it was recommended that I purchase reading glasses, which I decided to do, and the staff made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
Excellent customer service, very professional team, and great value for money. Highly recommend Specsavers Devonport Road to anyone needing an eye test or glasses.

Everyone was wonderful and lovely people to deal with. Only complaint is could not get help in a timely manner after receiving hearing aides on the 8th of May. Cannot get help until 22nd May. Meanwhile struggling until 22nd.

I am a pensioner got an appointment traveled half an hour to Town into whagarei found it very hard to find parking in town so was parked 4streets away and walked as fast as I could got there 4minutes late and was turned away I will never go back and I will give a bad review to everyone 6th
