doesnt work on ps5

sony pictures core is infuriating on ps5, ps5 subscription claims to give us access to it and tokens or whatever but you waste your hardrive space for it try turn it on it logs you out requires you to log in requires you to do 2fa requires this that this that this that jump through hoops load of rubbish infuritating nonsense, then it loads unending doesnt get on doesnt give you access and then your back at the start again haing to jump through hoops, your app on ps5 is infuriating and honestly its annoyed me so much that i feel so mad i uninstalled it and just thinking of this annoying unworking trash app makes me feel like suing you for the negative experience.

Good quality products

Have bought all my electronics from Sony, and i have no reason to complain except the website for online orders is slow sometimes. Apart from that, excellent service.

Nothing bad with this company

Sony:Simply Awesome!

I purchased A League of their Own on Blu Ray DVD + Digital.when i opened it,it had no slip so therefore,didnt have a code.so i wrote them with photos of proof and within 1 day Sony wrote back with a code for me.Now i for one find that when company's honor their products for an incident that i am sure happens with missing code sheets time to time and they respond quickly with a solution.They are awesome in my book.No wonder i have been a sony customer for quite a few years.Will stay with Sony forever.

Purchased a limited edition steelbook …

Purchased a limited edition steelbook of Spiderman Homecoming UHD with 3D bluray and digital download. I redeemed the digital code and only received an SD, HD digital copy. I contacted them about not receiving a UHD copy and they asked for proof which i provided photos including the receipt and they've just stopped communicating with me. Extremely poor customer service and a very greedy corporation.

Update: Turns out the emails failed to deliver due to Sony not accepting emails with more than 2 attachments, which kind of makes them look very stupid when they ask you to send them a picture of the case, UHD disc, the UPC barcode and receipt as proof of purchase. I finally managed to obtain my UHD digital copy but with great difficulty. I've added an extra star but a UHD digital code should be given with any UHD purchase.
