If I could give them a zero, I would. Ordered a Puppy Bowl t-shirt back in January. Was told it was on backorder for up to three months. By July, I told them to cancel the order and refund me because it wasn't shipped out. No response.

I noticed the store had been removed from the website. I'm trying to dispute this claim with my bank, but because the payment was "authorized" they are trying to reverse this dispute. So, basically, Discovery stole money from me.

Almost a month and still no sweatshirt. I email. They email back telling me to give them a few days and I get nothing. I guess I will have to dispute the charge. It’s so unfortunate and unexpected. Their television shows are on point and their website is just terrible.

I ordered a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift on 11/26, a full month before Christmas. It costs $50.49 with shipping. They charged my card, I got a confirmation email. I also received an email from a random site called 'Shop' saying Track you order from Discovery Store. I registered and logged in, no order history. So I so back to my order email. I see they have a phone number and email. I called, text email, nothing for 2 weeks. I think this website is a scam. Says it's The Discovery Store is operated and powered by The Wildflower Group.

I ordered my items on October 31. It's been paid for since that day and I still haven't received it. I have emailed them like 7 times with not even a reply. I wanted my items for Christmas and I won't even get them. At this point I just want my money back and I can't even get anyone to answer me.

I ordered merchandise from the Motor Trend store. Over two weeks after they claim it was mailed to me I still have not received anything. Despite them charging my card the day the order was placed, they have been unwilling to replace my order, issue a refund, or try to track down the package. They have stolen my money and refuse to do anything to fix the situation.

I ordered a Great White tank top and Great White shark logo coffee mug from the Discovery Store prior to Shark Week. I only received the tank top. I emailed their customer service to let them know I did not receive the mug with my order. They sent me a tracking number to show my order was delivered. Again, I emailed them that I only received the tank top. They replied that the mug was delivered also. I replied that it was not and that is why I'm writing this review. I will NEVER buy from them again. If you can't own up to your mistakes, you shouldn't be in business. And BTW - their ladies tanks run small. Better size up. :(

I just think going through. This day and age. Some people. Can't feed there family. But u aww want money shame on u .

This appears to be a scam or a company with no regard to customers, i ordered and they said 2-3 weeks delivery. 6 weeks later i complained and robot-like they said you have to wait for 2-3 weeks, and now 10 weeks after they have stopped responding to my emails requesting a refund and have deleted my order from their website. I will be taking action via their payment gateway.

They refuse to give me a tracking number after asking multiple times. There only answer is be patient your package is on its way.

Very Disappointed!

I received a defective lap top stand and I waited just over 5 weeks for this.

Really cool thing that they do have store now at the moment and I do see and realise how cool the whole idea is with the money related to them anyway for any time being there for whatever. I do want to make it really possible. How else we can go on with that ?

Online go.discovery.com crashes too frequently.

After it crashes, the program starts at beginning of program—always with more ads.

I wouldn't pay a dime for go.discovery.com. But it's free, so Discovery is free to improve or not. And I am free to watch other, more polished channels.

Mostly very good, but Alaska Bush People should be cancelled and replaced - its primarily reruns of old shows while we wait for Ani to die. Not exactly entertainment.
