The delivery was on time, the driver was polite and helpful and the product was as per my order.

Service was very good

The reason we purchased our washing machine from Sonic was not only because it was a great deal but also because the member of staff who dealt with us knew her product well and was able to demonstrate it as if it were her own. The two guys who delivered and installed it were very professional and helpful. Great service.

The delivery driver called faisal is a wonderful human being and does his job to the highest standards swiftly smoothly and pleasantly he deserves a pay rise if management is reading this he is an asset to your team he delivered a washing machine and an American fridge freezer swiftly with the upmost care. Naz who works in the shop also is wonderful and helped us choose exactly what we needed and her enthusiasm is thru the roof also hanif the supervisor is also a wonderful person and does his job to a very high standard please promote these individuals further they do the best job for your company and keep your customers extremely happy thanks again guys all the best with your future and I hope you get far in life thankyou kindly

Great service from these guys. Had an issue accepting the half price sound bar with the TV and spoke to Jay on the phone. He sorted it and offered a much quicker delivery date than the one I selected. Turned up on time even better the TV was 300 quid cheaper for the same thing at your high street “sell you an extra contact” when this came with a 5 year warranty. Cracking TV what’s not to like.

Should on website state integrated appliances extra charge rather than just install as I paid then got a phone call to say as it is a integrated appliance cost more so ended up paying an extra 100 pounds on top of what I had already paid for installation and delivery that was after I had already ordered on line then the phone call came a couple of hours after that to explain the extra costs I had to pay

Great service from Sonic Direct! The drivers were very friendly and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond by doing a little extra to help move the fridge, which was so appreciated as my mum is disabled and couldn't move it herself. Thank you!

Arrived on time. Delivery went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct, despite some difficulties re fitting.

The person who sold us the tv was very knowledgeable and very patient whith us while we made our minds up will shop thear again.

I needed help to have my dryer lifted down from the top of my existing washer in order to have the new appliance fitted. The drivers helped with this and I couldn't find my stop tap for the water but the delivery drivers found it and turned out of to fit the new machine. All done incredibly patiently and a credit to Sonic for their help
