I didnt really experience the product much but I did experience their customer support and they listened and helped me right away and gave me a refund when asked right away no hassle. And when you're trying new things hassle free customer support is exactly what you want.

Nothing wrong with the product! Unfortunately, I just didn’t use it which doesn’t say anything really about SmartyMe. When I asked to cancel and for a refund of my last charge, they were understanding and accommodating. Their response was very fast and 5 ⭐️ service.

My initial experience with SmartyMe's customer support was disappointing. I contacted the support team in January 2026 immediately after noticing an unexpected subscription charge, requesting both cancellation and a refund. Unfortunately, my email was never answered, and the issue remained unresolved, which ultimately resulted in another automatic renewal.
However, my recent experience has been completely different. When I contacted customer support again, I received prompt and professional responses. The team carefully reviewed my case, refunded both subscription charges (€88.38 in total), and resolved the matter to my satisfaction.
Based on this experience, I believe the company has significantly improved its approach to customer service. The difference between my first and most recent interactions was substantial, and I genuinely appreciate the professionalism and willingness of the support team to resolve my case fairly.
For this reason, I am giving SmartyMe 4 out of 5 stars. I am deducting one star because my original support request was ignored, leading to unnecessary frustration, lost personal time and an additional subscription charge. Nevertheless, I appreciate the company's efforts to ultimately resolve the matter fairly and professionally.

I have cancelled my automatic subscription through iPhone settings, but was then automatically charged for the renewal. I contacted support directly through the app and requested a refund and I received a reply and a refund in literally a couple of minutes.
