I found most subjects very intriguing…

I found most subjects very intriguing and it encouraged me to learn more. If you’re looking for more of an overview on some subjects this is the place. I found, for me, the content on some were a little superficial and little lite on information.

I feel scammed

I thought I had cancelled my subscription within the first 24 hours…. But apparently was unsuccessful. Bad on my for not following up with my cc to double check as it was really difficult to connect with SmartyMe support. Once I did, it became obvious I was emailing with bots. Then I was told they don’t do refunds. But yet they offer a money back guarantee…. The catch is you must use their app for 150 days which they can monitor. Then and only then they will consider refunding you. I learned very quickly that their app was not what I had expected and was not of any use to me. So I immediately tried to cancel it. Since I never received a “welcome email” I thought I had successfully cancelled and that was that. 10 months later I discovered I was wrong. 😑 Please adjust your policy to allow for people to discover if your app isn’t for them. This seems appropriate for 20 something’s… I’m 60 and did not find anything helpful for me. If it’s all that SmartyMe should have no problem being successful. Let the rest of us out.

Life-Changing Alternative to Doomscrolling! of wasting hours mindlessly…

Instead of wasting hours mindlessly scrolling through social media, I now spend 15 minutes a day actually expanding my mind. It is very useful to get ideas to implement in day to day life.

It's a great educational Learning tool

It's a great educational Learning tool. Unfortunately I just have a lot of stuff going on right now working 10 hour days and try to get my health back in order after a year of fighting cancer. I'm old school I like regular books. But I'm sure smarty me is good for the younger generation whom is always glued to their phone. Learn something. It will always be useful.

Great for honing communication style

Hassle Free Customer Support

I didnt really experience the product much but I did experience their customer support and they listened and helped me right away and gave me a refund when asked right away no hassle. And when you're trying new things hassle free customer support is exactly what you want.

Nothing wrong with the product, just not used by me.

Nothing wrong with the product! Unfortunately, I just didn’t use it which doesn’t say anything really about SmartyMe. When I asked to cancel and for a refund of my last charge, they were understanding and accommodating. Their response was very fast and 5 ⭐️ service.

Refunded within minutes

I tried SmartyMe, but with so many others things on I decided to stop. However, I subsequently got a bill for the years subscriptions.
