Great except ages of children on kayak page went from 2-17 whereas the ages on the actual supplier were 2 -11. This made a difference in cost.

BEWARE!

I booked flights probably 3 weeks before departure, and the flight leaving was fine, but somehow the date of the flight back was changed from what I’d originally booked (I had proof of when I’d intended to return). Because of the rate I’d booked, they wouldn’t fix it (they give higher levels of customer service depending on someone’s “status”? That’s beyond terrible customer service!). I asked if the return date automatically changed if you changed the departure date and my question was ignored. I KNOW I booked the return for the right date. I don’t know how it could have possibly been changed.. Just be aware!

Great service

It was quite simple and easy and just required me to add all info effortlessly. The Live Help lady also helped me a lot in terms of specific seats next to each other and also at the emergency exit as I need extra leg space for my very long legs.
