Amazing Prices and service to match. Purchased a couple of items during the Black Friday deals and chased up the order as it was showing pending a few days later. Informed they were waiting on a part I’d ordered coming in but would be sorted within a couple of days. As promised on the phone and by further emails the order arrived a few days later. Delighted with the service all round and great customer service.

On top of this speedy delivery and great returns service. I ended up with some brilliant bib shorts and feeling like I’d received top service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul and Slane Cycles.

I checked their website and said in stock as I needed item asap, paid for next day. Late afternoon get phone call saying not in stock. Told refund would be as soon as he got off phone. Then e mail saying refund 2 - 7 days. Can't afford to pay for another one from someone else until I get refund.
