Customer service is terrible and non existent, made to frustrate you as they ignore your message and say everything looks fine and send you in circles continuing to ignore what you actually say. Wouldn’t even call it a customer service as it’s nonexistent if i’m honest just a straight up scam for your money, sometimes your money just disappears from your account with no help.

I enjoy Sky Bet. I like their bet options and their specials. My withdrawals normally land in my bank within minutes if not seconds but last night I had 2 small withdrawals that didn't go to my bank. So I waited till this morning and still no sign so I went on their "chat" site... if you want to know what a company thinks of you, just go on their "chat".. after battling through their robot I got passed to a human... but just like at midnight last night they were far busier than normal and I should expect delays, this is just after 7am I can't imagine many fools like me clogging up their chat at this time. Anyway after getting kind of generic answers from the human, answers that never answered my query I asked could he provide a link as I could make a complaint about the whole process... another generic answer, i ask again... 10 minutes after asking for a link no link nor answer was provided.. i have all this in pictures too. I really enjoy SkyBet but if they can't and wont answer simple questions as in where is my withdrawal and why has it been delayed and im only a €5 bet kinda customer what respect do they have for their customers? Be careful of this company in future. Im sure i will recieve my 2 payouts eventually but I only wanted to know was this delay a glitch or now the new norm as it would affect my betting but they refused to answer or give me an option to escalate the issue... Be lucky.

This is ridiculous I've been on chat for a hour my bets clearly settled incorrectly but they won't re asses the payment all sites are getting worse since getting popular during the very bad covid period as people went online to enjoy their gaming the outcome of the bet odds stated but still incorrectly paid is bad never have issues but not that bad ever

Sky slots machines where charging me double on every bet I did . Tried to contact them but they won't help or do anything. Scam be careful people

Suspend your account with no explanation and demand 3 months bank statements. All while holding on to YOUR MONEY!!! SkyTV are con merchants, I assumed sky bet was a different entity, obviously I was wrong

Needed to update my name on my account to my married name. Used the live chat and was easily able to upload all necessary documents, with very clear and precise instructions on what to upload etc. this was all done in less than 10 minutes and the account was updated immediately. Super impressed, well done Sky Bet!!

Customer Service team are fantastic at sky vegas. Whilst I don't tend to win much at all compared to what i put in, the team are brilliant with any issues you may face. Keep up the amazing work everyone! :)

Very helpful customer service

I was with this company for over 10 years . Dont play the poker its rigged. They kept ringing me asking me irrelevant questions. I asked them to delete my poker account so I'm not tempted to go on it but they deleted my whole account and told me 10 other sites I'm barred from.

Will randomly advise you that you are not able to participate in free spins or bonuses, providing no reasons for doing so, do not waste your time or money with them.

I like the site, but find my bets on special offers limited to a paltry £2.50 for no apparent reason. It's not like I'm winning fortunes. No explanation given.

The facility to cash out a bet is constantly shown as updating thus being essentially unavailable for the duration of the event.
No reply from customer services regarding this issue.

Games are misleading ... Start of as free spins but then will just change to your account balance... Then Start off where you don't take long to get bonus games and get you in with some free spins... Then all of a sudden they are really hard to come by... Addictive and so easy to lose alot of money. Walked away quickly but can understand how easy I could of been alot down.

You could easily go from slightly up to 100s down in minutes if you wasn't careful or chasing what your down.

Definitely more should be done to not make these games that easy to fleece you big amounts in mere minutes
