The course covered what it needed to…
The course covered what it needed to but the course instructor on 2nd day wasn’t the best and I am not sure she should have been at work, due to having severe back problems, at heart monitor on and a bp monitor that was very much annoying her.

First aid course
Leanne was great at delivering the course, with her picture games through to practical demonstrations. She managed the time well and was happy to explain anything anybody didn’t understand

Great experience
Great experience! I learned a lot about being a First Aid at Work responder. The trainers were very friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly, which has given me the confidence to use my skills in case of an emergency.
I highly recommend this course to all of my colleagues. It is a valuable experience and excellent practical training for any career, regardless of your profession. The knowledge you gain can help not only in the workplace but also outside of work, and one day it could even help save someone's life.
Once again, I am very happy and proud that I had the opportunity to attend this course. Thank you to the trainers for their excellent support and guidance!
