Great course, attended the refresher 3yr course, very good trainers and an extremely informative course.

The information and lessons were highly educational and helpful, they have really made me feel confident and prepared for situations going forward. Most importantly, the instructor Jess Payne, was brilliant at making us feel comfortable, making the lessons interactive and never making us feel silly for our lack of knowledge or questions.

They went into details on our training to save lives.

Good course, knowledgeable instructor, and a good venue (i was on a push bike so easy to park, i can't comment on car drivers)

I highly recommend this tutor. They are knowledgeable, patient, and excellent at explaining complex topics in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Their lessons are well organised, engaging, and tailored to individual learning needs. Thanks to their support and encouragement, I have gained confidence and improved my understanding significantly. A fantastic tutor who genuinely cares about their students.

A very well taught course, I enjoyed it and felt very supported in my learning. We did the three day on site course, very busy each day but clearly carefully planned. I bought the first aid guide book too, which syncs very well with the course. I came out feeling confident and honestly relieved to have this new knowledge. Thanks!

Trainer was very knowledgeable friendly and easy to approach

Andy was absolutely outstanding today. I’ve done a number of first aid courses over the years but this was by far the best I’ve attended.
He was so engaging from start to finish with a great sense of humour and a genuinely warm and approachable personality. He made everyone feel included and really tailored the training to our own lives and professions, which really made the content so relevant and memorable.
Andy’s teaching style was excellent and he took us step by step through each procedure and explained the ‘why’ really clearly. He also guided us through the steps practically together and then set us off independently once we were confident in administering the treatments.
A huge thank you Andy, you were brilliant!

Pete the trainer was excellent. Had the perfect manner to teach us all. Kept us engaged and wanting to know more. He made an atmosphere where no question was a stupid question.

Helen was very informative,engaging and got everyone involved.Clearly explained it in detail and simplified it so we would understand.

The course I attended was very good, the tutors were very informative and made the day interesting.
