If anyone is considering buying a BYD, this place is a perfect choice. I bought my Seal U here and am highly impressed by the customer service standards. Carwyn was very polite and knowledgeable – he willingly and thoroughly answered every single question I had. I also highly appreciate that the test drive took place on the very first day of my visit. The vehicle delivery went without any surprises: the car was perfectly prepared, sparkling clean, fully charged, and exactly as described in the contract. Five stars!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you And give a good review for Matt the general manager and Adam the assistant who processed our order today. It was a very tricky one and it meant that they would not get their commission, but this was not a problem for them and nothing was a problem. They completely supported customer service and the fact that I needed help and we are so delighted to place our order today with them for a MOTABILITY car for my daughter. Vehicle Delivery Feedback
I had initially intended to leave a 5-star review; however, I would like to share some feedback regarding the vehicle delivery.
At the time of collection, it seems the inspection team did not carry out a fully thorough check. Around two hours after delivery, I noticed a small dent on the front left door.
Additionally, as this is a hybrid BYD vehicle with 230V AC generator functionality, I expected a compatible cable to be included in the supplied equipment. However, this cable was not provided.
I am not sure whether this item is part of the standard delivery package or was missed during handover.
The issue with the door has already been reported to the seller and is scheduled to be addressed.
