The best price on the market
The best price on the market was with Simply Electricals when I was on the market for a big appliance. Overall a smooth process, checkout is simple, customer service is great, delivery was prearranged and delivery staff were helpful. I will certainly check their prices again when I'm on the market for another appliance.

We are supremely impressed
We prefer to deal with local companies and this is one that somehow I fell over when looking online for a replacement television. We are supremely impressed. We visited the showroom and were assisted by an extremely helpful young man.
We ordered the set we liked and the delivery and installation service was first rate.

Bought this tv from simply electricals…
Bought this tv from simply electricals because Samsung let me down over delivery.
It was also £500 cheaper in the bargain.
Excellent service from the staff over the phone, they knew exactly what I was looking for.
All sorted over the phone.
The delivery was on the day that they said it would be and it was early.
Would use Simply Electrical again.

Lots of people can sell you something...
Lots of people can sell you something, and some of them can sell it for a decent price - however, I think a company really shows its colours in the way it deals with problems and complaints.
I bought a Sony TV from Simply Electricals a year ago and had some problems with it - I was referred to Sony who didn't offer a satisfactory solution, so I went back to Simply who, after a few emails, resolved the problem completely and at their own expense.
Can't ask for more than that. I will definitely use them again.

Very helpful when contacted by phone and were able to answer my questions. Very good price the best I could find and always kept me informed on the delivery arrangements and delivered on time. Yes I would definitely recommend this company. The washer dryer is also very good and overall a very good experience all round.

I’ve ordered a tumble dryer and paid with PayPal . It was a gift for my sister as she just bought a new house .
They said they cannot deliver it to different address than the one linked to my PayPal.
I’ve cancelled my order and made another, this time paid with my visa .
Put my sisters address as the delivery address , only to be told a few days later that I need to prove I live there . I have ordered a tumble dryer not an atomic bomb! It was supposed to be a surprise gift -well in the end I had it delivered to my home and took it in my car to my sisters house .
Carrying it to the third floor was super hard for two women and I cursed this company every step up .
I wouldn’t order even a toaster from them anymore. They made everything extremely difficult, lots of hustle and the communication was poor .

I'm not sure why you feel there was poor communication, we emailed you the very same day of the order going through to let you know that we couldn't deliver to the address you have provided.
Your email back to us just stated the following "That’s ok , just deliver it to my billing address."
I'm not sure what else we can do in this instance as we have to ensure that we delivering to the correct address to prevent online payment fraud.

Second to none service
The product and service from these guys were second to none. They called with confirmation of the purchase and then followed up with delivery dates and times that could be convenient for me. The item arrived with no problem and to the time allocated. Even the driver was great and very helpful.

Bought a Sony Tv, delivered with damage screen.
I bought a Sony tv from them. They took 2 weeks to deliver. Upon I open the box, the screen was damage. I inform them that I received a damage screen but they took 3 weeks to Offer a replacement because they didn’t want accept liability. I requested for the tv to be collected and refund but they charging me £150 for collection without a breakdown of the collection fees. I feel customer must be very careful before they buy anything with this company. I spoke with one guy called Michael but he was very rude and aggressive on the phone. Then I only made contact by email. They can sell cheap things but have a lot of risk. So would request customer to stay away from this company. Many thanks.

You placed an order on the 29th July 2019 and was delivered on 08th August. You reported via email the screen was damaged upon opening the Sony KD65ZF9 television. We requested to email pictures of the damage so we could arrange a collection or replacement.
The photographs were only received on the 22nd August. A replacement television was delivered to you on the 28th August. On the 31st August you stated you didn’t want a the replacement television and now wish to return this for a full refund.
We have offered to collect the television via a courier or to return via your own transport not incurring any collection charges.

Great customer support, competitive prices

First Class Service
Ordered a Qled tv from simply electricals as they offered a competitive price and the option to trade in old tv for a discount.
Very impressed with the service and with the delivery.
TV was to be delivered on saturday morning but driver phoned to say he could deliver friday evening.
