Overall happy with my Shark hoover. The delivery was quicker than I anticipated. The product was exactly what I ordered and works perfectly. I will be ordering from TVA tech again as i saved about £100 on the hoovered compared to if i went directly to Shark and still got the same 5 year warranty.

Delivery time and date met. Friendly and courteous delivery. Perfectly packaged product in impeccable condition. No hassles with the order or anything else. Top marks all round.

I ordered some Bowers and Wilkins px8 headphones and I wasn’t disappointed, these headphones sound amazing and would definitely recommend them. This is a great company and I ordered the headphones and they were delivered within a couple of days so the delivery was very quick. I can’t fault Tvatech at all. Five stars, all around 👍

Ordered on a Sunday afternoon after comparing price to Amazon, saved £30 and was delivered by Tuesday. My neighbour is really pleased with it as was a replacement for his one he's had for past 15-20 years.

As far as TVATech are concerned, I can't fault them. Ordered an Audio-Technica AT-LP120XBT-USB turntable from them at a very competitive price and within 24hrs it was being unboxed in my living room!!!!

I'd have loved to give them 5 stars, honestly THEY actually deserve it, however, DPD's delivery service took the 5th star away as unfortunately it was up to their usual standard and I can't let it slide. Unceremoniously dumped in the entrance hall to my apartment building, even though they knew I was home as it was me who buzzed them in, and was actually on my way down the one flight of stairs to meet him........quite strange as it clearly states "not to be left in a safe place" and "signature required"!!!! Nope, he was too much in a hurry literally running back to his van to make a hasty retreat.......obviously didn't want me querying the large hole in the box, probably from him chucking boxes around the back of his van, you can clearly see the hole in said box in the photo he took to prove he'd "done his job"!!!

Thankfully on VERY close inspection there isn't any damage to the turntable.

So to sum up, TVATech are a good company to purchase from and have zero complaints about them........DPD however, nuff said!
