Hi i was sceptical about paying for my food instead of just going to the supermarket but its actually better as you always think its ok I will cook it cheaper at home but you never do so im sticking with it. I actually have them for my dinners at work rather than tea when I get home. I feel better knowing im getting great food rather than crisps and sarnie. Im trying most of the meals and aprt from a couple of quite happy. I feel better in myself too.

Easy to order and reliable delivery

Great tasty meals , only one meal so far that wasn’t to my liking ( Lamb ) . They have lots of flavour and portion sizes are good. Delivery is good and rapid.

A "Family run business" that thrive by predatory business practice. Once you have subscribed, you can't quit easily.

First, there is no option to unsubscribe. You would've thought maybe their FAQ will explain how to quit, unfortunately, NOOOPE, cancellation or unsubscribing is no where to be found on their website like they are not an option to customers.

If you email them, the customer support will send a link for cancellation while directly applied discount to your following delivery to keep you. The cancellation link will ask you like 5 questions, which are to mislead you to stay, but even if you passed the questions, you will only be able to skip for your summer holiday. Nothing about cancellation was mentioned at all, like we will just forgot about it all.

SO muck protein compared to other meals! The carbs are a lovely alternative to the same boring things and packed with lots of bed and heaps of flavour!

Half way through my first weeks meals and I am impressed with the freshness and quality of the meals. Everything has so much flavour and you can tell good quality ingredients are used.
It’s been so easy and really helped out during a busy period as I know I’m eating well and hitting my protein without needing to add thinking about what to buy, cook and make for the week ahead.
Customer service has also been great and I love that the meals are in paper trays. Thank you!

Ordered once, the meals weren’t good. Very mushy, salty and poor quality meat and one meal had been sent wrong.

Decided to cancel, which is impossible to do via the app. So I paused the next week and emailed to cancel, filled out the form and got confirmation that subscription had been cancelled.

To my surprise I got a message the next week from dpd that they had delivered my order (I was out it sat on the doorstep all day/night.) I didn’t order this box, pick any meals but checked my bank and they had taken money! More money than it had been previously too!

Emailed straight away to arrange a return and refund. They continue to refuse both. The box ended up in bin as they didn’t collect and they’re still refusing to refund!

The staff don’t reply to emails, they lie about dates and offer refunds then don’t follow through. Reported to the bank who advised reporting to trading standards.

Be very careful before ordering or better still just ADVOID!

Claiming to be a small family-run business but actually a bunch of scammers and thieves!

This is a good idea, skilfully brought into being, with very tasty meals and a really good delivery service. I am enjoying the Simmer experience and hope to see a 'reduced' me soon.

We have had recipe boxes for years - great food but hours of prep and cleaning up, not to mention having to get the timing right with a busy life. Then I thought I’d try meals ready made. I was a bit sceptical having bought supermarket ready meals for emergencies but Simmer meals are a whole new level. I’m not one for leaving reviews but Marie reached out from Simmer so I thought I would. The meals are amazing they taste like proper home cooked meals ( which we were used to ) we are definite converts. And the convenience is perfect. If at the last minute we go out we can just pop them in the freezer. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Food is good quality and the time saving it affords me is great. The menu seems to have a good variety and the deliveries have always been seamless. Portions are a good size and they all are healthy options.

Customer support are quick to check in as Marie has done to ensure everything has been OK after only a couple weeks.

Meals are amazing, service is good, well packaged.

We are on our third week and have been very happy with the meals we have received so far, very tasty. Good choice of meals easy to order and good communication on delivery times.All good

Fabulous meals and such a great choice delivered to your door . These really help me with calorie counting and keeping my protein levels up as part of my diet . I take one a day for my lunch at work and really look forward to my lunch now . I can highly recommend Simmer they were a great find for me .
