I was a little skeptical at first because i wasn't sure the food would be good enough as we make nice food but find it difficult finding the time to be consistent. But we've been pleasantly surprised as the meals are delicious, well portioned and really convenient.
Meals very well cooked with plenty of spices. They are very healthy with low calories and high protein percentages. I recommend for those who want to improve health.
Never use them ! All smoke and mirrors ! I skippe w/c 3 August yet they charged me £54.72 they say Tuesday is cut off poky but I had skipped and they was no email asking me to close my meals, they replied days after with “health and happiness “ after o beg for my money bag and explain my mental health, autism ? You see two Asian lads smiling and making millions but who suffers ? Use customers ! You see athletes and celebrities value this disgusting company , small business I think not ! Avoid them at all costs ! To trust them ! They don’t know anything about customer services ! When things go wrong they blame the customer !! I skipped the week so why charge me why ? They leave one feeling suicidal :(

Food was OK, expensive overall. Inflexible service - Don't miss your deadline for choices or they send you low protein options instead of regular choices.

Simmer has made things so much easier for me as I continue to cut and get to the weight I want to be! Fresh, delicious meals which are easy to cook have been a massive help - thank you.
So tasty, easy and pretty reasonable for price too! Lily in customer services is also very kind. Would definitely recommend.
Overall really tasty stuff. I really want the salt levels to reduce though. Don’t see why the majority need to contact 2grms

Food turned up damaged and some packets open . Cancelling your subscription is not easy . I tried to cancel weeks ago and now they have taken a random payment with out me knowing .

A great menu of wonderful meals for different tastes. I have ordered 18 meals 2 times now, some flavors I have never tasted before, picking my meals I love for the next time I order.
deliver on time fresh & nicely packed also the pricing is on par for what you are getting. Highly recommended.
On my second week of enjoying Simmer meals. The food is delicious and tasty. I have a busy lifestyle working full time in my office job then part time as a fitness instructor. The meals are so convenient. They keep you informed. Lily was great at letting me know of exciting updates. If you are not sure if Simmer is for you i urge you to give it a go. You won't be disappointed. The offers are too good to miss.
Simmer eats was recommended to me by a friend as I work shift work and also trying to lose weight so he said this would help. Since ive started my journey ive loved all the meals ive chosen and the delivery arrives when you ask for it all with cool packs in the boxes.it saves so much time and effort to make healthy meals for work each day and its been such a great help. Customer service is also very fast and very helpful. Everything so far has been great. The one thing I would probably change would be after the discounts run much lower the price seems a little steep and I think maybe if it was somewhat lower then more people would get involved which in turn would make more money due to more custom.
Food taste great and the delivery is always on time. This has been amazing for me in terms of sticking to a diet. Customer service has been great quick replies and very helpful responses especially from Lily.

I LITERALLY CANCELLED THE SUBSCRIPTION ALREADY, I GOT THE CONFIRMATION. LOW AND BEHOLD TODAY IM GETTING CHARGED £80! I HAVE SENT 2 EMAILS SAYING I AM MOVING ABROAD AND CANNOT BE SUBSCRIBED ANYMORE, AND ALSO CANCELLED VIA THE WEBSITE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND I NEED A REFUND IMMEDIATELY I AM MOVING AWAY IN 1 DAY I WONT EVEN BE HERE TO SEE THE FOOD ARE YOU JOKING.

Responsive customer service - can’t fault them - lily was very helpful
Not a fan of how they label % discounts applied but make it difficult to see what you can actually expect to pay when making changes to orders

Really tasty meals
Nice variety of ingredients
Good quality food
Easy to order, menu not overwhelming
Would highly recommend
The good: easy to sign up, food is properly packed and delivery is done via DPD which is reliable. Support teams seem to answer quickly, once you figure out how to get in touch with them. The food tastes ok and portions are acceptable.
The bad: They completely ignored the meals I selected and delivered something else. Even for the breakfast meals which I paid for separately, they only delivered 2 instead of 3 and 1 of the 2 was wrong. Figuring out how to get in touch with them and how to cancel requires google searches as that info is not available on the account page.
In my opinion, the good is irelevant if they don't deliver what I ordered.

Let's start with the positives. When I had a question, they were quick to respond. It's easy to select your meals, and they arrived in good condition with a reasonable expiration date. Some of the food was very good, whereas other meals were a bit overseasoned or dry. That's to be expected with a service like this, and it didn't bother me too much.
However, when they are updating their menu, you cannot skip the weeks ahead, even if you know you're going away, until the new menu is introduced.
When I wanted to cancel, I couldn't find this option anywhere on the website and had to Google 'how to cancel Simmer Eats', where I found a dedicated cancellation page. I then had to answer several questions before I was allowed to cancel. The button was greyed out, and I could not click it until I had answered their questions. When cancelling, I was also presented with unsolicited pictures of people showing their before and after results, which I find a bit strange as this is not a weight loss thing for me. It should be a lot easier to cancel, and this made me very sceptical of returning or recommending further (I have already referred two people, but that will be it).

Food is well prepared and convenient to heat and eat.
Some meals just not tasty! If you like chicken in everything then fine! Not easy to cancel or leave feedback on the website
