I had an issue with the courier leaving my box in the sun, to which my meals were spoiled. Jeneva from the complaints team was quick with a reply and satisfactory resolution to my complaint. Having s... See more

Lovely meals thriving with tasty ingredients anf flavour! Saves you so much time in the evening not having to prepare your food, very convenient!
They use DPD and take no responsibility for issues...first meal they offered a partial refund when the box was broken, ice gel in open food container and me having to wash all the other boxes (not the convenience food I'd anticipated)
2nd time DPD gave a 1 hour time slot...I had a family gathering 2.5 hours after the deadline.... so waited in which is fine. Called DPD, no driver on record. Told simmer and their response was basically 'shame'. Food left in the sun, top 2 large meals inedible.
Contacted customer service as it's difficult 59 cancel (just search Google cancel simmer and there will be a link. Like an in game Easter egg if you will...)
ACE the rep never replied. When I asked to make sure they took no more money as heard from others they're happy to do that.
Sure this company was fine when small, possibly overwhelmed or just sold out.
The same meal (as in I ordered 2 over 2 weeks in large had under 40g of chicken in one and around 60g in the second...I'm not eating this for gains but you want what you pay for.
They make it difficult to stop, hate the begging practice these days.
The dates on the food are so short....you have to know you ain't going to have impromptu guests or a meal out... Ordered 6 mains (6 dinners...with 5 days to eat them ...what?!)
Stick them in the freezer and they turn to mush.
Awful. Microwaved anyway.
Jerk chicken meals genuinely tasty.
Half the meals with potatoes have raw odd ones here and there but are generally tasty, noodle dishes other than the glass one (and lying saying couscous when it wasn't standard couscous but that's another matter) are bland and don't contain enough veg.
Most don't contain anywhere near enough greens/veg, just a tonne of chicken and rice and plenty of what the gym guys might call cheat meals... If it's true there is so little rubbish added then fair but can't say I trust these guys now after 2 S.Shows for inconvenient food.
Quality and value of the meals is brilliant. It has really helped me with eating more balanced, is convenient and they taste fantastic. I was very unsure when i placed my first order, but these have changed my life. Great to hear from Zidane to check in on how things were going too.
100% would recommend
Hello the food it’s not that bad but the prices is to high . I would like to have any discount if it’s possible and I will continue getting again otherwise I am gonna stop
Fabulous flavours and good portions. I love the fact that each meal has it’s nutritional content written on the packaging and all the meals have a good amount of protein in them.
These people make the worst food ever disgusting mushy food
Rock hard meat no taste at all total rubbish
Unfortunately they take money without telling you. They then wont refund you even when you give them plenty of notice. They are supposed to send email warnings to remind you to choose or cancel the weeks delivery but never send them out and if you dont do it by 1pm on a Tuesday they wont refund you for a delivery that isnt due until the following Sunday. Ridiculous do not use
Terrible service. They never reply to your emails. And they make it so hard to cancel but will take your money so willingly. And DPD will leave your food without knocking and where it can get stolen.
The app is impossible to use and you get stuck on one page.
Cancelling is made very hard and frustrating.
Do not recommend. They make cancelling hard to do and they took payment after 2 days of inititally buying it without giving me a chance to finish my meal to make a choice to continue with them.
If this is a subscription based model, please make it clear, and make it easy to cancel. The meals themselves are a bit lightweight and portion sizes can be improved, although some meals do taste nice. Due to the experience I've had I'd probably skip this and not sign up again due to their non transparent method of selling.
first of all i ordered the meals and only had the chance to eat one meal before they charged my credit card again for a second week, when i queried it they refused to to reimburse me, and for the following week they send me meals I didnt want and refused to modify my order. the meals were also al lot more expensive after the first week
I was a little skeptical at first because i wasn't sure the food would be good enough as we make nice food but find it difficult finding the time to be consistent. But we've been pleasantly surprised as the meals are delicious, well portioned and really convenient.
Meals very well cooked with plenty of spices. They are very healthy with low calories and high protein percentages. I recommend for those who want to improve health.
Never use them ! All smoke and mirrors ! I skippe w/c 3 August yet they charged me £54.72 they say Tuesday is cut off poky but I had skipped and they was no email asking me to close my meals, they replied days after with “health and happiness “ after o beg for my money bag and explain my mental health, autism ? You see two Asian lads smiling and making millions but who suffers ? Use customers ! You see athletes and celebrities value this disgusting company , small business I think not ! Avoid them at all costs ! To trust them ! They don’t know anything about customer services ! When things go wrong they blame the customer !! I skipped the week so why charge me why ? They leave one feeling suicidal :(
Food was OK, expensive overall. Inflexible service - Don't miss your deadline for choices or they send you low protein options instead of regular choices.
Simmer has made things so much easier for me as I continue to cut and get to the weight I want to be! Fresh, delicious meals which are easy to cook have been a massive help - thank you.
So tasty, easy and pretty reasonable for price too! Lily in customer services is also very kind. Would definitely recommend.
Overall really tasty stuff. I really want the salt levels to reduce though. Don’t see why the majority need to contact 2grms
Food turned up damaged and some packets open . Cancelling your subscription is not easy . I tried to cancel weeks ago and now they have taken a random payment with out me knowing .
A great menu of wonderful meals for different tastes. I have ordered 18 meals 2 times now, some flavors I have never tasted before, picking my meals I love for the next time I order.
deliver on time fresh & nicely packed also the pricing is on par for what you are getting. Highly recommended.
