One week there was open meals the next there was a horrible odur in all my meals like it had gone off

I'm quite sad that I ordered 12 meals, and received 12 completely different ones!!

I'm pregnant and I can't have certain meals that you've given me due to spices and upsetting my stomach, without causing issues for my baby

I'm quite upset as this whole meal prep has gone to waste and I will have to go to another meal prep service who actually gives you the meals you pick!!

I understand you try your best to replace meals like for like, as per terms, but I received not even one meal! That I wanted - what's the point of even selecting meals, if you send whatever?

Really impressed with Simmer Eats! We’ve been using them for a few months on and off and since I’ve been pregnant it’s been so helpful to have quick, tasty and healthy meals delivered to our door! I’m looking forward to continuing using simmer eats post partum. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this company if you are vegetarian. Ordered a few vegetarian meals from simmer eats and everyone of them was substituted for a chicken dish.

They did at least refund but seriously how stupid is it to substitute vegetarian meal with meat.

I have tried a few different meal services and simmer are really the best, I really believe it! Even the regular portion sizes are great for me, the food tastes nice and fresh and the the quality is great too! The price of them is also a bargain so it’s a bit of a no brainer if you are busy and don’t always have time to cook, really!

Good sized portions with good variation on the menue.

I’ve been really impressed with Simmer Eats so far. The meals are really flavourful, the portion size is spot on and so convenient.

One of the biggest advantages is no more food wastage compared to buying ingredients individually.

Food is very good quality. Delivery is always on time. The portions are fantastic as well.

Really impressed. Meals are delicious, so fresh and lots of flavour. Such a time saver and lovely to have healthy meals delivered to the door without having to cook or plan dinner. Deliveries correct and on time so far. And had a courtesy call from Marie which was a nice touch too!

I received my delivery today, and as a first-time customer, I was really disappointed. Only two of the meals I ordered were correct, while the rest of the order was completely wrong. I received multiple meals that I hadn't ordered, and the meals I actually paid for were missing.

For a first-time customer, this is not a great first impression. I expected to receive the items I ordered, and it's frustrating to pay for one thing and receive something entirely different. I hope this is taken seriously and that steps are put in place to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Really delicious fresh full of veggies you can't do better and the calories count them selves As as a single person its just a great service i enjoy the shots too

Incredibly delicious meals, so much variety - love it. Dont think I have ever eaten so healthily 😃

Really enjoying the meals. I always have 2 boiled eggs for breakfast, so have been using the breakfasts I ordered as healthy snacks if I feel peckish. Hoping that the lean meals will help me lose a bit of weight. Thanks Simmer!

Absolutely brilliant customer service and delicious tasty food and portion control.
