I tagged this account as a scammer! I ordered last Nov 26, and even pay for the fast shipping. When I made follow up, they said it was hold in customs, then the next update it was shipped to another address then they said they will re-deliver a new one and waited for it. When I made 2 follow ups again after the commitment date, I never received any response from them.
Such as scammer. At first, they will respond for the sake they will be showing concern but after that they will leave you hanging without knowing what happen to your order or how can you get a refund.
Please be informed that you cannot cancel the order unless you will email them.
So the question is, if you want to cancel because you didn’t get the product, how you will do that if the only option is to email their customer service. Scammer nowadays!
Be careful in ordering on this site.

I made a small order on the site for Casual Oversized Cat Print Hooded Lambsool Coat 2022-12-17 and after almost a month the order status is "Your package will be shipped out ASAP". I wrote to the service a week ago (Jan 5), and they asked me "Please rest assured that your package has been dispatched and the logistics information will be updated this week, please be patient". The package is not here still.
