I made an order on the 3rd of July 2023 and my order was confirmed but never received my package till to date,let alone receive a tracking number. This shop is a scam and Facebook must be sued for advertising fraud

I place my order on February now its 13 July 2023 I didn’t receive my order since that day i don’t understand facebook why still allowing this people like this on facebook they take my money they dont even reply on my message now to refund my money back. I really disappointed and I decided to leave facebook that day month cause facebook is not secured

My worst experience ever.
A never came package, never came Refund.
If is there an organisation who tracks such websites, I assume them for frode.
Still comes email “ you have items in your bag”, items that I bought since november, and never came.
Please do something 😡😡😡😡
Dont let them cheat other people 😞😞😞

I would not even rate this site that’s how disgusted I am by the greed of such human beings!They apologised multiple times and then telling me my delivery was delivered to the wrong address telling me to have patience after waiting since March for my order this is definitely a scam site!

After ordering the good & waiting for 70 day ,Silkwun team is apologizing that my order has send to a wrong address & they will resend the order again. Worst customer service experience ever

A total scam.... its been over 3 months since i ordered and nothing received nor have they refunded... i need to know how to get my refund of £50 as this is a complete scam... they dont deserve even the 1 star .

I was thinking about buying from this company. Something felt off about them as I saw their add on TikTok and most TikTok ads are scams. I looked at company reviews and they confirmed they’re scammers.

Unfortunately, I gave them my email in case they weren’t scammers, and now they keep harassing me, telling me my items are still in my cart and to come finish purchasing. They send an email every 1-2 days. I’ve emailed them to stop contacting me. All they said was my goods are being delivered and are on the way (I haven’t bought anything).

I have also unsubscribed from their email list. It didn’t work, and now their emails don’t have an unsubscribe option anymore (the first few did).

Do not trust this company and DO NOT give them contact details. They will NOT leave you alone.

Wish I could put zero stars. Placed an order on March 3 still nothing. Received one email saying they would get into with the carrier to rush my order and nothing. I have also requested a refund with no success. What a bunch of scamming pieces of crap. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I look at the site I know something was wrong I tried one top but they are really scammer because they placed no tracking number when I order so I know I lost my money as well ,I wish to got that these people go to jail or dead for stealing people honest hard working money, its not nice what they are doing I want my money back right now

Order placed on 15 february 2023, today is 9th june 2023 but i didnt receive anything. I required a refund but they just forcing me to wait all the time by sending me some non sense excuses. It's a scam, if they have also families, i dont know why to do that to other people who just want to buy things. My question is, is my credit card safe after this or should i do something because i do not want these scammers to have any access to me anymore.

I wish I did more research before ordering from these people. I have requested my money back and to cancel my order that has been "awaiting shipment" for 3 weeks now. After reading this I am not sure I will get it back but I will at least try and then see if my bank can do anything. These people need to be stopped. I really should have known $11 was too cheap for roller skates lol

I ordered last month and they kept telling me I should wait my order is shipped. Until today I’m still waiting and they’re not responding anymore. I lost R665. I advise people not to fall for them , they’re scammers.

I also was scammed by this Company I placed an order over 3 months ago have received nothing.I went to their web site to check on my order as others have written the Company apologized for the delay and would give be a credit towards my order big deal since nothing was ever delivered their credit was worthless.Stay away from this Company it’s definitely a scam.👎🏻👎🏻

They promise discount for multibuy, discount applied, they took my money, £56:58 and I have heard nothing some four months later. They did all the half price, next week delivery and their latest is 7th June delivery. Gone to someone else, stuck in customs, and all that.
If you are in time and payed by card, call your bank and try for cashback.
My advice avoid this company even if it is the last shop on earth, in that case, loot them.
