This company/website is a scam, I ordered a product in February 2023 and I haven’t yet received it as yet, till now in April 2023 which makes it close to 3 months now. They keep on lying and making excuses about my product being stuck at shipment and being delivered at the wrong address, and when I ask them for a refund they keep on telling me that they will send me my product and give me a 50% coupon of which they don’t. So if you think about buying on this website think again, it’s a scam.

Not good website, don't order here I ordere last December and untill now I haven't recieved my order, and when they give me the option of cancelling my order they said that they will return it but 2months past nothing and now they won't respond to me email!! Beware of this site.

Dis company is a scammer.i ordered 2months back and I sent emails asking about my orders but I was told to be patient every time.even today my order still says "awaiting shipment" i want my money back

These people are scams honestly. They reply in a way you have to wait. The website doesn’t change. I am also concerned by the fact that they use Facebook to advertise as I purchased my products through Facebook. There should be no adverts of such scammers at all unless Facebook is part of the scam. If so be held accountable.

Two months of continuos lying and the order still results "awaiting shippment" on their system.

No refund or any other solution offered.

These people are frauds!!!! They claimed they sent my order out and they couldn't provide me a tracking number. Then my order changed from "awaiting shipment" to a "post sale". I told them I would be contacting my bank. They then said I have already been refunded. I asked when will I receive my money? Then they completely deleted my account from their website. It does not take a whole month and it this point a month and 6 days to receive a order. These people have no intentions of ever fulfilling any order. I'm so glad I did not make the large order initially. I did not spend a lot, it is just the principle of the ordeal.

Silkwun.com is a total scam! I placed my order on 30th January 2023 and they promised delivery within 10-15 days till now nothing delivered. Every time I ask, they seem to be working on it in vain.

Be watchful!! Don't be deceived.

They charge and never dispatch or answer to the emails

I placed my order in November 2022, I'm still waiting for my order now they are playing hide and seek. They don't even respond to my emails. I have been scammed here

I've placed my order on the 13th February 2023 and today 13th March 2023 I have not received anything. This people is being lying to me about my package and to date nothing has happened. Such companies should be banned and blacklisted for their poor service and stealing cause I did pay

If I can give 0star I will give 0 because I order a shoes for 29$ but still not received really disappointing

I placed my order 2nd February 2023 and I paid for quick service (3-7) and today 6th March over a month but I didn’t get any reply from them even now they blocked my email ! I lost my money which is 70USD !! And I will never experience again with Silkwun even same will advise to my contacts

I placed an order on the 3rd of Feb that has still not being shipped out. Do not trust I will get the product or a refund from the reviews.

Is Silkwun a scam? Has ANYBODY ever received goods from Silkwun? The money for my order was deducted from my account but alas, 2 months later, no product has arrived, no waybill number or tracking number has been sent. The status of my order says "awaiting shipping" but their email to me says it has already been shipped. I read online that their silkwun.com website is disposable & I suspect it's all fake and the offers are just too good to be true. I suspect it's a scam.
