Failed to deliver the product ordered on 29/01/26. When I chased up on it, I received emails informing me the supplier -Samsung- had a lot of orders resulting in a delay. Contacted Samsung - there was no such order. Agreed to refund on 20/02/26 - nothing received. Do NOT deal with these people. Will be contacting the Office of Fair Trading after this.

Paid for ram.

Just to clarify I'm intentionally writing this review to advice customers that the negative reviews published here were not always accurate and neither truly reflects reality!
I usually check reviews before online purchases but I wanted really challenge the negative reviews and personally try ShoppyDeals UK.
My order unfortunately was out of stock but during the 10 days I have received updates off ShoppyDeals and this morning, Friday 20th of March after only 11 days from ordering a product, I have requested my refund.
ShoppyDeals UK customer care team replied within 15 minutes and processed immediately my full refund.
On top of that, I have received even an apology email on behalf of their seller who had to cancel my item as no longer available.
So sometimes, we need to keep an open mind and be real objective before jump into easy conclusions.
Also be nice and polite to people always pays off!
ShoppyDeals UK has a great customer service Team and my experience was excellent with them!

I ordered something and I have been trying to chase my order to no avail. Their website orders link is dead, the phone number doesnt work. Also the contact us is down. Basically all forms of communication are dead. So They take your money and run. This company needs closing down as soon as possible as they are just a scam site

I wish I had seen the other reviews before using this website!

Like other I used the website and then never received the item and there was no evidence it was ever attempted to send it. I contacted them and cancelled the order which they say they've done but then said it would take up to 2 weeks for the refund. 10 days after this I finally got an email saying the refund had been actioned, but it could take another 10 days to hit my account - I'm still waiting.

Things got interesting when I mentioned they would get a negative review as they then responded with legal threats and intimidation tactics with an email stating "Formal Notice – Refund Process and Defamatory Allegations".

On analysis of the emails it seems they basically reply with drop shipping and market place dispute templates.

After a few emails back and forth they then tried to further intimidate me by mentioning my company, which had nothing to do with this purchase, and saying it "sometimes attempt to create reputational pressure against online businesses by threatening or publishing negative reviews". This was interesting as they had already told me "We must remind you that making false allegations against a registered business may fall under defamation under the Defamation Act 2013" - interesting they are mentioning UK law when they are a French business.

After each email from them I mentioned that they were just adding to my case and it would be reflected in the review, each time they replied trying to imply that I would edit or change the information, as if I was the one being dishonest....

Several times they tried to discredit review platforms like Trust Pilot, alleging review manipulation.

Because of all of this and the review I said I would leave they banned my account from their website – again, interesting as they kept stating that customer are free to leave reviews.

I paid for an item through shoppydeals. The only communication I received was confirmation of purchase. I have contacted them twice to establish when I might expect actual delivery, and have received one response which simply says that it’s up to the seller not themselves, but there is no means of contacting the seller. Their service is basically nonexistent and I would highly recommend not purchasing anything through this website and shop elsewhere.

People, don't buy anything on this website, they take your money and don't even send any products, why doesn't anyone in the UK report this, it's a scam, what right do they have to still run this website?

Fake site! Scammers for sure

Pretty sure this is a scam website. Placed an order (Order #424703) with a 3-5 day delivery time and still haven’t received it. Wish I’d seen the reviews sooner. Phone number for customer services is not active, haven’t yet received a response to my webpage contact form. Will be going to bank to request a chargeback for fraud. Avoid at all costs.

This morning I reported ShoppyDeals to Trading Standards and to my bank to begin an escalated investigation.
Like many of you here, Shoppy Deals failed to ship/deliver the item I purchased, and then they failed to refund me within their own policy terms. In total I have been on this nightmare train for 4 weeks.

I told them about this escalation, and immediately recieved a heated response claiming I was making false allergations against them.

Obviously I strongly advise that you DON'T give your money to Shoppy Deals and to buy your items elsewhere. The product they're advertising to you doesn't exist.

I may not have used this obvious scam website but if you HAVE lost money on here, you could be able to get a claim on PayPal for a free refund. This is what I did when I got scammed one time so give it a go .

I placed an order for an electric toothbrushes (paid over £150) at the end of January and it never arrived. After contacting support, I only received generic replies saying they would check with the partner seller. No tracking information, no dispatch confirmation, and no resolution.

From a customer point of view, taking payment and then failing to supply the goods or provide a refund is unacceptable. The responsibility sits with the company, not some third party they mention in emails.

Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to be careful, because this feels like a scam. As many other buyers got scammed and getting scammed, this company should be banned immediately and take appropriate action against this scammer.

This is a scam company and website and if you want proof do a simple search on Companies House website for "SHOPPYDEALS LTD"

Reports all you need to know

Placed an order for some RAM, got the initial e-mail and no other communication. Did not get any update and no items were delivered, so I tried to call the "24hr" helpline, and the number is not connected. sent them a message on their webpage and got no response. Thankfully my bank did a recharge and got my money back. avoid at all costs.

Just received the following while sitting next to my solicitor on 14/02/2026 🤣

BAD FAITH

At no point did you or GAB SOLUTIONS contact the marketplace, request assistance, or seek resolution.
Within days, you instead published a public review calling for chargebacks, on a non-claimed profile, concerning a low-value transaction.

LEGAL BREACHES

Your actions constitute:
- Defamation and malicious falsehood (Defamation Act 2013),
- Unlawful inducement to chargeback abuse,
- Tortious interference with business relations.

Encouraging chargebacks where no fraud exists is not protected speech.

TRUSTPILOT TROLLING

Your conduct matches documented review-trolling and reputational manipulation patterns, widely reported in public investigations, including coverage by the Financial Times, and addressed in published articles by ShoppyDeals regarding abusive review-platform practices.

FORMAL DEMAND

You are hereby REQUIRED within 48 HOURS to:
- Remove the Trustpilot review immediately,
OR
- Amend it to clearly state that the order was cancelled and fully refunded.

Just tried to place an order, only to find payment is by direct bank transfer only. Which retailers do that and why, unless there is a financial irregularity? Not proceeding.

These scammers made a mistake. They signed their emails "JPC Law" which is an actual real Law Firm. When I received my email I sent it to JPC who responded on Trustpilot. This whole situation is just a scam to frighten people who leave bad reviews into making a payment to settle a fictional legal dispute. It has been recently brought to our attention that Shoppydeals are threatening individuals who leave negative reviews with purported legal action and are doing so using our my firm’s name, JPC and/or JPC Law.

By way of clarity, on behalf of JPC, I can categorically confirm that my firm, nor any of its legal advisors, have ever acted for “Shoppydeals” in any capacity whatsoever.

The communications you may have received from a “Michael Cohen, JPC” are fraudulent and fake.

Rest assured, we shall be reporting this matter to the relevant public authorities.

We shall also be writing to “Shoppydeals” ourselves to demand that they stop misrepresenting JPC, and those within the firm, as its legal advisers.
