Shopkund is withholding over £200 from me, and their customer service team continues to deflect and ignore the issue after months of calls and written contact attempts. This is my last resort before I contact an Ombudsman to escalate what can only be described as stealing.

I ordered two items for a wedding - one of which I canceled with immediate effect. The Shopkund representative assured me the payment would be refunded within five working days. This never happened and it has now been six months.

I emailed countless times to follow up on this, with no response from them.

The second item I needed for an event happening ten days from the order date. I was promised by Shopkund that the item would arrive in time (I have email receipts), but it arrived several days too late.

I initiated the process to file a request to return the item, which is unopened and in original packaging, within 24 hours of receiving it. However, the returns web page was broken or pointing to an incorrect link. I contacted Shopkund to inform them that I wasn’t able to access the return information and that my return would be delayed on the basis their site was down. They told me I was ineligible to receive a refund for the item.

I requested to appeal this decision and was told I would be contacted by a representative in the next 24 hours to discuss my case. This never happened.

I would strongly advise anyone to AVOID buying from this retailer and will expect Shopkund to reach out to initiate the refund and return I am owed.

Outfit came as described and was an ok fit.

Ordered custom stitched outfits for a family wedding. Customer service was impeccable when I reached out on WhatsApp about the length of one of the choli’s, they helped to quickly sort out the adjustment that was needed. Very happy with the material quality of the outfits too.

I ordered a plus size lengha from them and they made every effort to get it to me on time. It was a little pricey for plus size but I appreciate all their efforts in even compensating me when I had to get it a little bit adjusted. Would recommend

I ordered an outfit approximately mid-March and received my package on April 4th, sooner than I expected, honestly, and it was exactly as pictured. I was a little sketch ordering as it was my first time but the service was great and very quick. I also really appreciated that they reached out via Whatsapp to inform me of shipping. Definitely will order again from them!

The best service ever Mr Kumar kept me upto date I ordered 3 items and just over 3 weeks I had them and it was top quality exactly like the photo. This company is exceptional at what they do, service was excellent. Hats off to the team hard working people with no lies, infact they go out of their way to help you. Infact they're prices are so reasonable that 1dress was velvet and gold embroidered and the quality was speechless and the price a shock A BARGAIN. You must try this company you won't be let down.

Very stressful experience and bad customer service. I ordered a dress 22 days ago for my friend’s wedding but they were delaying my order and sending me very general emails without specifying when my order will be shipped. (On their website they say 6 to 8 days dispatch) After a lot of chasing they assured me 100 % that I will have my dress on time. This didn’t happen and they informed me on the very last minute that my dress won’t be ready, with giving me no chance to buy another one from somewhere else, ending up without a dress for my friend’s wedding. They have no transparency Very bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend them if you want a dress for an important occasion and you need it on time.

The website states and those that run the business state on the website and via whattsapp that it’s a UK run company with UK stock but in fact it is all from India. All products are shipped from India.
This company sends the clothing as gifts worth only $10. My particular order was held up by customs due to this for 2 weeks and released after paying custom charges of over £20 in additional to the clothing.
Do not use this company if you are looking for good quality clothing, good delivery timeframe with an honest service. You have been warned!

Apart from receiving the dress a bit late , the product was good with good material as mentioned but the colour shade was slightly variying (lighter than) than the original displayed in the website . But overall is a good buy and happy about the handwork done on the dress which looks rich .

Initially I was disappointed, I’d placed my order back in middle of May and until early June, heard nothing. I contacted them via email, initially no response but they did respond upon a second email. I explained I needed to receive my order before end of June and it was delivered 17th June. I require my blouse to be made longer in the body and cap sleeves. This communication was had via WhatsApp - I thought this method was brilliant. When the garment arrived - wow quality of the silk, embroidery and sewing was amazing, as was the fit. I was very delighted and now have a new outfit for my cousin’s Hindu wedding. I am English, Married an Indian and live in the UK. A very happy customer and would recommend ShopKund to my friends and I’ll be sure to use again myself in the future.
