I don’t even want to give one star. I have ordered a saree on 13th Oct and it said the delivery would be on 25th October . The order has not arrived . No option to track the order . WhatsApp call not being answered even though the message is read . Customer care number is not working. Absolute fake account. No response to mail hey . How to even contacts such fraud companies? Can some one help . I am going to report it.

I ordered at shopkund.fr for a wedding. Website indicates 7 days max delivery.
I texted the support team to be sure I’ll get my order on time, they said there’s no problem.
Few days later, no news and then that there was an issue at customs and that my delivery will be delayed.
It was not an option since I had a deadline. I asked for a cancellation and a refund that they accepted.
It’s been more than a month and several texts to the support that now just ignores me. Result: I received nothing and they kept my money.
It’s called theft.
Avoid this website!

Outfits dudnt arrive, I have sent several emails whats apps and Facebook messages asking for a refund and they are ignoring me. This company has no customer service the phone number on their website doesn't work and the address on their website is either fake or a postal address borrowed from another company. Shocking way to do business

Scammers!!! I ordered a dress a month ago and they still haven’t sent my item! They have got my money and not received any product 😢

bad service- no order confirmation- nobody picks or replies to my emails. Order arrived 10 days later and they cheated me by 119 GBP. They took stitching charges at 15 GBP each dress and it doesn't even fit me. I have tried numerous times to contact them but all in vain. This is a an untrustworthy company and should be banned from the internet.

First of all, the company has a fake address and belongs to a London hospital building, bad customer service, non-reliable delivery times (3 weeks not 7-8 working days) and the saree I ordered was badly packaged and shoddy. A very unprofessional company and I will never order from them again.

I have never felt the need to leave a bad review before but I feel people should be warned. I placed an order at the end of June after being reassured it would arrive in time for a wedding in July. As time went by with assurances it would be sent soon it was obvious it wasn't on its way and so I asked for a refund. No problem they said. Again no word after except to say it will take X amount of time to go through. After no refund arriving and no replies to my last few messages I took the action of claiming my money back through PayPal. Only this way have I received my refund and even then it wasn't the full amount as part of the payment was made via bank card. Looking at other reviews it seems I'm not the only one who's had this problem. Buy at your own risk as this 'business' was quick to take my money but did not deliver.
I don't know how these people sleep at night.

Ordered a saree for my Mum's 70th birthday last Tuesday, money came out of account last Wednesday they were quick to take the money out of my account.
No order confirmation emailed to me, have called, emailed, messaged and no response.
And for the first time in my life, due to the shop's delay, she will not be getting a present on time. Considering getting a refund and I need the saree by Friday! This company should be reported to trading standards.

If I could I would zero star this company. Having issues with refund as they took the money 3 weeks later decided to tell me the quality isn't good after many attempts of outfits will be sent, therefore order another. When I asked for my money back I'm still awaiting a month on been told 10 to 12 days there's some official holidays BS....fake scammers. I will now take this company to action fraud and make sure they do not scam anyone else. Since asking for a refund they had the ordasity to say chose another outfit and they'll send me a free jewelry set worth 15 euros pmsl £12.90 worth like what a dolls plastic set!!!!

Do not order from this company if you want to receive the product you paid for. I ordered a lehenga on short notice, and I was charged immediately but never received an order confirmation. I reached out to them and was assured by the that my order went through and that my product would arrive by the requested date (note: it was not a custom order). On the date I needed the item by, they emailed me to say they either needed me to send my measurements, or they could refund me for the item... naturally, I requested a refund. From then onwards, it was radio silence, and I never received the refund (despite multiple follow-up emails). I've now had to raise a dispute with my card company. Don't make the same mistake I did!

This is a terrible place. Do not trust them. I ordered an outfit for my sisters wedding. It never arrived and when I kept asking about it they said it would be sent finally I asked for a refund and never received it. Do not trust them. This is a scam.
