The online training materials were very good, and I gained a lot of valuable knowledge from the lessons. I was very satisfied with the quality of the training.

However, I would like to mention one issue regarding the certificate issuance. I had to wait for a long time to receive my certificate, and the entire process took approximately four months. I believe this issue should be addressed to ensure that certificates are issued and delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration and that the certificate issuance process can be improved in the future.

I found this course extremely valuable in supporting my development towards a senior health and safety leadership role. It provided an excellent opportunity to reflect on my experience, recognise the knowledge and skills I have gained throughout my career, and build confidence in applying them. At the same time, it highlighted areas where I could continue to develop and strengthen my professional capability.

Carol has been a fantastic assessor throughout the programme, providing consistent support and constructive feedback from start to finish. Her guidance helped me understand where improvements were needed and ensured my submissions met the required criteria. Having left full time education many years ago, I since completed many courses and gained qualifications either in person or on-line, and Sheilds are by far the most professional training/learning provider I have used. I’ve been studying my NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety with SHEilds, and I want to specifically commend my course advisor, *Shaharazad*.

Ahmed was extremely thorough, he walked me through the question paper. Made sure I understood what was required by Nebosh. He was measured in his approach, patient and used relatable examples.
