Got to SW through compare the market so easy. Then tried to sign up and got into a deadly loop where said my email address was already registered so please use another one which I do not have - so stuck. Used SW chat and spoke to Nonhlakanipho nokwanda who was really helpful, managed to remove the old email so all clear to go and worked fine. So a good result.

Increased my renewal by over a thousand pounds with no justification as I have a clean licence and no accidents on record. I was getting online quotes for much cheaper so I think this is terrible that they can do this and should be more regulated. I wouldn't recommend.

Completing the forms was easy and straightforward. All the answer choices I needed were available, unlike other insurers that limit options and make it difficult to select the correct response. There was no hidden information, no forced selections, and every question was clear. Overall, I was very satisfied with the clarity and simplicity of the process.

I used compare the market and Sheila’s Wheels came up with the best price for what I was looking for. This is my first time insuring my vehicle with Sheila’s Wheels. I’ll come back this time next year to let y'all know whether I’ll be re-insuring with them - this will obviously depend upon the price.

Cancelled my insurance without proper contact thrn made me pay all outstanding balance twice and still did not issue me my no claims bonus

Experience Good. Apart from forgetting to put the (ghost-11) immobiliser on my quotation tried to get torch but no luck

after completing and paying for insurance,and calling them to correct a mistake on paperwork they cancelled my policy,Ipayment taken 1hour still waiting for my money to be returned over 2 weeks shamfull, avoid look elsewhere.

It was very easy to follow the website instructions.I felt comfortable when filling in the required information.
